This well-crafted EP showcases a tug of war between ethereal and electronic. With Dennis Ferrer providing a slower groove and André Hommen a driving bassline, the world-acclaimed Ane’s soul-drenched vocals ring out across this EP, forging a unique sonic landscape. 

In a world with new releases rife and ever-present danger of slipping into an almost formulaic uniformity, this is an EP where both the artists and the Objektivity label display an unwavering commitment to creating something different.

Madloch's Crossfade Sounds is pleased to welcome back Oldschool Dubtechno .Producer for their second appearance on the label, presenting the Book of Palaces EP. The project is the creative alliance of Siberian brothers Alexander Kotlov (X_FR) and ENERCUBE, co-founders of the influential PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB label and podcast channel. With a shared vision rooted in the landscapes of their homeland, the duo has cultivated a sound that fuses rugged atmospheres with meditative depth, embodying the philosophy of contemporary dub techno while retaining a timeless old-school spirit.

Following their 2024 debut Shadow Astrology EP, Oldschool Dubtechno .Producer now unveils four new originals, each carrying their signature balance of weight and subtlety. Opening with Epiphysis Cerebri and Prince of Angels, the duo establishes a framework of immersive grooves and shadowy textures, before venturing into Rahatiel Stargate, a track marked by expansive layers and hypnotic drift. Closing piece Sefer Hekhalot encapsulates the essence of the release, offering a spacious, contemplative journey that lingers long after its final tones fade.

With Book of Palaces, Oldschool Dubtechno .Producer continues to expand their narrative within the Crossfade catalogue, reaffirming their role as architects of the Siberian dub techno sound while offering a release that resonates equally on introspective and club-focused stages.

The „Love and Nature“ artists set off on new adventures and this time they have to face the catastrophic incidents in Australia.

Since September 2019 hundreds of bush fires have burnt over 6 million hectares of land. Scientists estimate that over 1 billion animals are affected. the reasons for the fires are versatile but the worst drought in Australias history and record high temperatures - up to 46 degrees - may be the main reasons. All this can be traced back to global warming but lots of politicians and huge parts of society still close their eyes. It is terrifying to see that every year announcements like this are rising and we are still not able to develop sustainable economic systems. Just embarrassing that country’s like Australia, Brazil or USA, which have to face natural catastrophes more than other countries, blocking important resolutions to stop the climate change. But also we have to take responsibility for our consumption behaviours to sent a signal to the economy.

@kollektiv-liebe decided to donate all earnings of this release to „Wires“ which founded an Emergency Fund. It helps to rescue sick, injured and orphaned wildlife.
