Dununu Dininine

I was teaching myself to read sheet music and ended up remixing Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto in E Minor.

Orchestral sounds are from EWQL Symphonic Orchestra Silver and the drums are from a wide variety of online libraries I have downloaded.

There is a little glitch at the start with one of the violin notes being muted, I'm not sure why that happened and I can't seem to change it without making it worse.

A song I reorded with my brother (partly for his band Simple Jack). Recorded using a POD XT, an Eiphone les paul standard and a Tokai SG. The Bass was written in Guitar pro and I used a soundfont for the sound. The drums are sampled from a bunch of collections I've attained online.

White Lion

Small sample from oneof the songs from the D-beat/punk album I'm working on, this version doesn't include the vocals or solos.

D-beat sample

A work in progress, the song will be lenthened and a couple of solos will be added. Recorded with an LTD EC-401 and a line 6 POD XT, using Audacity and FL studio. The drums and bass are automated using samples I attainted online.

Amber Dancer [sample]

I challenged myself to write a song without using my guitar, and in stead using only one note from a guitar sample I found online. Obviously it involves variations in pitch and duration but it's all based off of a one note sample which can be found here: http://www.freesound.org/people/crescendo/sounds/149873/ I edited that sample in Audacity and used FL Studio 10 to add drums, bass guitar and synths.

The first 2 tracks of a soundtrack I'm currently working on. Made using Guitar Pro as a MIDI tracker and FL studio with various soundfonts including Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra, Squidfont Orchestral and Roland Orchestral Rhythm among others with some external samples used as well. Intended to be part of a larger work I'm thinking of doing as a soundtrack to a movie/game/whatever. I retain copyrights for this piece but you are free to use it as long as you credit me in whatever you're using it for, and message me to let me know you intend on using it.

Unfinished piece I wrote as a backing track for rap but kinda got sidetracked and now I'm not really sure what it is. Created using random soundfonts and samples, can't even begin to list them and where I got them.

Rap Backing Track 2 [Sample]

A song I wrote a while back while trying out EWQL for the first time and messing about with the settings etc. It's very rough and short, not finished writing or mixing it, just thought I'd upload for the sake of uploading something because I haven't done in a while. It's a motif I wrote years ago on the piano coupled with some brass, strings and timps, almost all of which are from EWQL, through FL studio.
