I started working on this song the weekend after Two Friends released the original. At the same time, finals were coming up for school and I had to delay working on the only thing I wanted to focus on. I uninstalled Ableton for a couple of days so I could dedicate myself to studying, and once some of my finals were over and I felt comfortable with the others, I went to work. 

I love the message that this song sends. "You can't pick and choose what you're into." "I ain't no dollar menu." It's very powerful, and it's an anthem about standing up for yourself when you're not being taken for the human you are. I hope you like my take on this song. Enjoy!
