Northnode, originally from Mexico City begins his musical taste towards potentially strong genres at the age of 8, listening to genres like nu metal, groove metal and black and death metal, bands like slipknot, lamb of good and behemoth, that's when he has his first approaches to the world of record players influenced by DJs of certain bands, such as Sid Wilson, mr hahn and DJ Lethal.

At 15 he had his first encounter with electronic music influenced by artists such as Paul Van Dyk, Paul Kalkbrenner, Kraftwerk, Mauro Picoto, Jeff Mills, Kevin Saunderson, Juan Atkins, Richie Hawtin, Oscar Mullero, Ricardo Garduno, Hadone, Dax j.

He decides to start his career playing in small parties, over the years he manages to share the stage with important national and international artists, playing inside and outside the city to have performed on important stages and festivals, his sound well consolidated towards techno with low nuances and dark.

The loud and hypnotic sounds create a unique atmosphere in each session.
He currently works at the Mexican label Materia Oculta.
