HOUSES OF WORSHIP 

Houses of Worship is a collaborative project featuring Montreal-based musicians Eric Quach (thisquietarmy) and Jim Demos (Hellenica). Together, they skillfully merge bass synth engines and string pads with improvised guitar drones, crafting dystopian ambient-electronic soundscapes showcased in their recent albums released by Somewherecold and Midira Records. Beyond their musical pursuits, Quach and Demos exhibit a passion for bringing their art to the public sphere. This commitment is evident in their spontaneous performances within the confines of a cube truck on the streets of Montreal, A/V sets in diverse venues across Europe, and the transformation of phone booths into interactive sound art installations.
