Para Hibernar es una colección de seis piezas ambientales de larga duración que trazan una arquitectura gélida en un entorno que evoca la montaña.

Los ambientes creados en esta primera colaboración entre Carlo Filio (Buena Tarde) y Ana Paula Santana (Ana Fauna) son el resultado de una improvisación realizada con sintetizadores, grabaciones de campo y procesamiento digital; la cual fue grabada en O.Y.E. Oficio y Experimentación en agosto de 2021 y fue terminado como EP en enero 2022.

Tomando como referencia literaria el poema Animal de Invierno de José Watanabe, cada pieza es una provocación hacia el ascenso, hacia la contemplación y el recogimiento en una locación montañosa. Una exploración sobre nuestra relación con la naturaleza y la oscilación del cuerpo en un entorno de imponencia.

Vera Di Lecce  est une chanteuse, productrice et performeuse italienne qui a démarré sa carrière solo en 2012. Si sa première approche était faite de loops brutes de guitare mélangées à sa voix scintillante, petit à petit les outils digitaux ont ouvert sa palette en créant une musique plus produite, sans pour autant renier la part expérimentale et la haute énergie qui se dégage de sa musique et de ses shows. Originaire des Pouilles, région du sud de l’Italie, l’influence des chants, des percussions, des rites traditionnels marquent aussi profondément sa musique à vocation rassembleuse et cathartique. Son dernier album "Altar of Love" est sorti chez Manimal Vinyl (US) et Niafunken (IT). Elle a participé à la compilation de remixes  6 X CHORAL VI qui sort bientôt chez Paravision, et pour l’occasion  elle donnera son premier show en France à l’Embobineuse le samedi 25 mars en compagnie de Low Lov (Fr) et de Poison Anna (UK).

SPA was founded in 2018 in Cologne and is focusing on club music with a global perspective. The label is run by Salon des Amateurs resident Phillip Jondo, France 98 aka DJ Brom and Friday Dunard who put in their different musical backgrounds and influences together, ranging from Baroque choir music to high definition experiences. For their monthly show on NTS they reflect on current moods, play the labels output and invite artists around them.

International Tribe is a new weekly mix series hosted by Thris Tian.

This week’s International Tribe mix comes from Siete Catorce.

Starting at the age of 22, Siete Catorce is the alternative project of producer and experimentalist Marco Polo Gutierrez. Through initially taking inspiration from new cumbia, the artists sound began to form a unique and signature style, with a mesh of tropical rhythms and intricate drum works. Taking influences from the techniques of dubstep, drum n bass, and footwork (to name a few), Siete Catorce has quickly scaled the ranks of Mexico’s electronic music elite.

With releases on labels such as Cocobass, Naafi, Enchufada, and Hypermedium, the Mexico native also produces under the alias Den5hion, an airy and lugubrious portrayal of dubstep, with influences from the likes of Burial and Sin Amigos. For his International Tribe mix, the Mexican artist explores the realms of tropical rhythms with experimental, glitchy and killer cuts.
