A incredibly special Squidgy Sundays, welcoming in the Sunday over the misty lake at Dragon Dreaming 2024. an absolute honour to play this festival being a dream of mine when I started this journey only a few short years ago. 

What a moment in time, what memories, and what a magical experience bringing in the morning by the lake, I can't thank everyone enough for being there for such a special moment to me. Nothing will ever be as magical as standing on the stage at my dream festival watching the sunrise as I play magical down tempo tunes to bring in the day.

Had an unreal weekend at Art Valley. It was bloody freezing, but the fire, the people, and the energy made it so worth it. So many good yarns with good humans. ❄️🔥

This set was a bit of a departure from my usual thing - this is more daytime vibes, which I don’t often get the chance to play, and a sound that leans into the roots of what made me fall in love with drum and bass. Nostalgic and uplifting, with a few classics woven in. It was refreshing to shift gears.

Born and raised in Osaka Japan, Lil found her true love to electronic music back in 2017 and she turned the love for dancing into a passion for music and this is where she started her DJ journey! she truly grasps the crowd around her and uplifts the dancefloor.

In 2020, Lil found her love for Drum n Bass in the Brisbane scene and has now brought that love alive playing phat beats that give energy and power to shake the dance floor! They'll be bass faces a-plenty when Lil yakooz gets on the decks.
