In this show i broadcast a program constructed from an interview with Simon Carter, one of our rave scenes most interesting and engaging characters, not to mention long staying. 
Many will know him as Crystal Distortion of the infamous and historically important Spiral Tribe collective. But if we flip back in time some 24 years, some may know his records as half of Earth leakage Trip on Rising High during the very early 90's, a few may even make the connection of ELT having produced the first ever record on now legendary label Moving Shadow in 1991 (The Doors are where the windows should be....etc) .... Also having released hundreds of records on labels like Drop Bass Network, their own Network 23, Sapho and UglyFunk, even acting as engineer for Reel 2 Reel records (The label that brought you Lennie De Ice's game changing "We are ie").
This interview is stuffed with tales of world Techno traveller adventures, back stories to tracks and early Spiral history in abundance, with an insane and infectious passion for music and life, shining brightly throughout.

During the first part of the show I just play a selection of early Techno and Acid music of an ilk prevalent at early Raves around the turn of the 80s-90s, then all the music during the interview is produced or co-produced by SImon with the exception of :
