Secret of Elements

Schlag auf Schlag geht es bei Djulien Ferrantes zu. Kurz nach seiner letzten Veröffentlichung "STRIPPED FRIEND" knüpft er direkt an mit einer neuen EP, die von langer Hand schon geplant war. Mit "PROMOTE" und "SING" hat er Energie und Ruhe zu einer Symbiose vereint und zusammen mit ausgewählten Remixern ins Rennen geschickt. Zum einen hat sich das Duo Heinrich & Heine aus Hamburg den Track "Promote" vorgenommen, da die Beiden nicht nur alte Hasen im Geschäft sind, sondern auch erstklassige Werke abliefern, wie auch dieses mal. Nach Hamburg besteht schon lange eine persönliche und enge Verbindung, die er sehr gerne und mit Leidenschaft pflegt. Dann ein Überraschungsgast und eine geschätzte Kollegin, was die Qualität ihrer Produktionen betrifft. Auch Chroma aus Berlin steuerte einen Remix für "SING" bei. Sie wird sicher des öfteren noch in der Grossstadtvögelrunde auftauchen, zu mindestens munkelt man dies. Der dritte Remixer im Bunde setzt in altgewohnter Manier sanfte Klänge in "PROMOTE" ein, es ist Secrets of Elements. Der Rostocker Garant steht für einzigartige Sounds und unverkennbare Noten. Diese Freundschaft wird auch in Zukunft weiterhin großartige Früchte tragen und die Welt mit akustischen Highlights beglücken. Die "PROMOTE EP" von Djulien Ferrantes ist ein Ausflug in die Welt des Verschmelzens und der Gegensätze, denn auch da liegt bekanntlich die Kraft. Ab der ersten Sekunde ist diese Kraft zu spüren, die diese beiden Tracks inne haben. Es sind die ungeahnten Weiten, die in uns allen stecken und denen Djulien hiermit eine Plattform gegeben hat.

Johann Pätzold alias Secret of Elements komponierte für das Rostocker Volkstheater bereits zahlreiche Tracks. Neben seiner Arbeit als elektronische Liveact schuf er nun einen neuen Longplayer für die anstehenden Konzerte und Live-Shows. Das Album erschien am 17. Oktober 2014 auf seinem eigenen Label. Wir sprachen mit dem Musikproduzenten über seine Krankheit, die ihn zur elektronischen Musik brachte, die Arbeit beim Rostocker Volkstheater und den neuen Longplayer “Transformation”.

The extraordinary multi instrumental talent Jade Shames has released his first album on Gleichklang Recordings. Jade Shames is an electric-acoustic musician living in Brooklyn, NY. He is another in a long bloodline of musicians and is inspired by many genres of music (Beethoven, Daft Punk, etc.). His work usually falls somewhere between post-minimalism and EDM. Jades music often focuses on the meditative quality of one melody line that expands and evolves - oscillating in chaos and math. He works with samples, a KORG SV-1, voice, various acoustic instruments, and an electric guitar once owned by 80s rock star Rick Springfield.

Secret of Elements’ music is a subtle reflection of sensitive melancholic fantasies and fragile moments of hope which provoke shivers, under the influence of the organ, and never break. Pätzold achieves in offering a focused, magical and powerful atmosphere, which is imbibed with the vital energy of its author. Tracks from his productions were chosen to dress-up Christian Dior’s classy fashion show, famous comercials like for Rolex or Kering, Netflix and HBO series and Computergames.


Gleichklang Recordings was formed in March 2014 by Johann Pätzold aka Secret of Elements. The Fusion of culture and music, art and education was the reason of this Recordlabel. Claim and Quality! no pop or quantity but the feeling of love in the art of sound and word, expression and movement, it's all the same sound, the sound of Gleichklang Recordings, the scene of harmony and unity!
