Noel G. Williams (en la foto), conocido como King Sporty, es un DJ jamaicano que se trasladó a Miami a 
mediados de los setenta. Allí trabajó con ritmos funk y de baile, 
aunque mantuvo ciertas influencias de su tierra. En el 78 se juntó con 
Bob, que pasaba largas temporadas en su nueva casa de Vista Lane, y 
trabajaron juntos una canción que Noel había escrito sobre los “Buffalo soldiers”, los soldados del regimiento negro que lucharon con los yankees en la Guerra Civil. Su relación se mantuvo, y al siguiente año, la esposa de Williams, la cantante soul Betty Wright , fue quien abrió los conciertos de la gira “Survival”.
Lo que digo ahora no lo sé, es pura intuición. No sé, y no oigo hablar 
de cuándo fue grabada la voz y otras tomas de la canción de Williams 
que se convirtió en el hit single póstumo de Marley. Pero yo siempre 
he pensado que es una sobra de las sesiones de “Survival”. Me encajan 
también las fechas.
De todas formas, lo que hoy os dejo, es una toma de la colaboración 
entre ambos.
