Sometimes the creation of an EP just flows smooth like a club night. This is one of those times, we have been in contact with Pulli & Chomba for almost a year now and they created this beauty of a track for us in June 2021.

We directly knew who we wanted to remix this and mytripismytrip, Kapchiz and Daniel Hokum all said yes right away. The fitting cover art comes from Dimitris Kiriakis and Niju did the mastering, could not have dreamed of anyone better. This track is made for Berlin club nights and we can not wait to listen to it for the first time on club speakers ourselves.

An absolutely banging remix from Sydka, a track that can come in deep in a set bringing a huge bass line and dark melodies! 

Track Info: 

Next up on Exotic Refreshment we welcome estimua, a Germany-based producer. The title track "Morning Sun" gives people the impression of waking up early in the morning after a good and fulfilling sleep, somewhere in India. It's spring time, the sun is rising, you can hear birds chirping outside everywhere. Although this is the general atmosphere, the lush and atmospheric sitar, the chopped vocals, marble sounds and a subtle touch of tabla are adding a rather darker and hypnotic vibe to the track.

Among the two beautiful original tracks entitled "Morning Sun" and "Flug der Manukoden", you will find here also four remixes from Nyvs (Sol Selectas, Underyourskin, Dream Culture, Magician On Duty), Ephlum (Bercana Music, Cosmic Awakenings, Shango, Lump Records), Nährwerk (Underyourskin Records, Amselcom, down.) and Sydka (MONADA, LOKD, Kamai Music).

This compilation is a homage to the comet Coggia, which was sighted for the first time in 1874. The comet was so bright that it was possible to observe it with the naked eye and was named the Great Comet of 1874. The idea was to capture and decode its general existence, its journey and transience through music. Thanks to all the artists who made this possible.
