Glenn and Griffin continued their new segment for the 2024 baseball season Monday on GCR with 'Three Up and Three Down' where we rank the best and worst Orioles performers of the week, much like how we do with Pats on the Ass and Slaps to the Helmet during football season after Ravens games. The guys will each name three players, three trending up, three trending down, based on how they did for that week specifically.

Three Up and Three Down (April 8, 2024)

Glenn and Aaron are joined by "The Main Event", Seattle Seahawks D-lineman AJ Francis, to break down Survivor Series, and specifically the World Title tournament. Aaron and Glenn also talk about RAW, the Paige/Charlotte contract signing and if WWE crossed a line there, and if they're going on the right path with Roman Reigns. Finally, they talk about ROH and TNA's TV move, Ronda Rousey and who the best all-around professional wrestler was.

Jobbing Out - November 19, 2015 (Survivor Series picks with Seahawks DT A.J. Francis)

AJ has joined us in studio (and is trying to kill Glenn!). There's much to talk about on this week's edition of Jobbing Out. In Segment 1, Ben Penrod-the man behind DC's AwesomeCon event joins us to be our guest picker for Sunday's Fastlane PPV. Will we still have AJ Styles/Shinsuke Nakamura when this is all said and done? What else might happen? And will someone else have to perform at ManiaCrawl?

In Segment 2 (41:16), the guys dive into the week that was on RAW. Should Ronda Rousey be talking at all? Should she be smiling? Also-what to make of Paul Heyman's promo? And are they FINALLY going somewhere with Nia Jax? Oh and who will face The Bar at WrestleMania?

In Segment 3 (1:03:51), we welcome in former WWE star Chris Nowinski for a fascinating chat. Dr. Nowinski is very much at the center of the brain health issue-so we talk about a recent bill in Maryland (that was killed) that would have prevented kids under 14 from tackling in football, plus we discuss his relationship with the WWE and whether they're taking brain health seriously enough and we discuss the future of Daniel Bryan-who wants to wrestle but isn't being allowed to. 

After that, the guys go over a few more topics-the newly announced location for "All In" and whether CM Punk will be a factor, the "World's Greatest Royal Rumble" and a new belt for NXT.

Jobbing Out March 8, 2018 (Fastlane picks w/ Ben from AwesomeCon & Chris Nowinski joins us!)

There's far too much that's happened in the last week for us to possibly try to break it all down. But we did our best. In Segment 1, AJ offered us his top three takeaways from Mania weekend. Stunner: he hates wrestling fans. You're all surprised, right? Also should we be concerned about Rusev? After AJ departs, Glenn offers his biggest takeaway from Mania weekend: somehow WWE has taken it back from the smarks.

In Segment 2 (38:13), the fellas go through the rest of the Mania card, including neither title changing hands, whether Braun's tag title win was an amazing moment or sort of a disappointment, what's in store for Brock's future with the WWE and UFC and much more. 

In Segment 3 (1:04:17), there are still some leftovers from Mania week to cover. Debuts from Authors of Pain, No Way Jose, Ember Moon, etc; returns of Bobby Lashley, Jeff Hardy, Samoa Joe and more. Plus a new role for Paige, did Shane just forget he wasn't commissioner anymore and everything that happened with Ring Of Honor and the other indy promotions from the weekend.
