After another long hiatus, BEAM is excited to present the vinyl debut from rising star and nebulous neurocranker, al dente. Over 4 tracks, ‘Running and Falling Over’ captures the stylistic fluidity we have come to know and love from Naarm/Melbourne. Ever present traces of Dozzy refract through millennium-bug tech-house, summoning atmospheres of deep yet ever playful psychedelia. Opening the A-side on ‘Ripple Effect’, pulsating drones and echoes of organic percussion slither through the undergrowth. ‘Soft Steps’ explores fractal resonance amid expansive, evolving textures. Flipping to the B-side, ‘Unfold’ melds paranoiac psy with a wiggly tek swagger. Slow-burner ‘Blue Trial’ closes out the EP – a proggy roller for worshippers of the eternal sunrise.

Shjva’s s story continues on People & Place with her signature deep grooves that subtly transfix the listener. Northern Lights is a 3-track EP, lying on the peripheries of Trance, Acid, and Techno.

On the occasion of 2 years from harsh Russian invasion into Ukraine, Synergy Cult has prepared a CHARITY UA compilation to raise funds for the volunteer association Kyiv Angels which helps civilians & army with equipment on the Ukrainian territory (FPV drones for the brave defenders in particular)! Cities in ruins, daily rocket attacks, shattered lives is still the reality in Ukraine at the moment.

We've gathered 25 talented artists from all parts of the world who contributed their incredibly top-notch compositions to support Ukraine! This is a narrative about love, support, friendship & synergy within the electronic music scene to bring the war to an end as soon as possible!

On Rotation returns with the second instalment of its Genetic Memories V/A series, showcasing the diversity of the label’s sound through 4 floor-focused cuts from a spectrum of global talent.

Fresh from dropping an EP with our good friends space:lab, Rambal Cochet delivers a mind-melting A1 to start things off. Deep, tasteful and making full use of his trademark sound design, “Meteora” is one for the witching hour! 

Bolam steps up next with the party-starting “Dream Machine”. Colourful synths sit atop driving breaks, with the peak-time energy dialled up to 11. 

Flipping the record reveals a darker, hazier sound. Moisk’s “GooSE Attack” is reminiscent of long nights (and mornings, and afternoons) in the smoky clubs of Berlin and Amsterdam, while the dark, rolling tech house of “X-Stream” by Aussie heroes Primitive Needs is pure afters’ fodder - a real B2 killer for those who know.

On Rotation is a Leeds-based event & mix series turned label, with 6 genre-defining releases featuring scene stalwarts such as Adam Pits, Solar Suite, Anderson, Roza Terenzi and Hybrid Man, Jamie Leather & more.

Spectral Bounce proudly presents Zevar, the debut release by Aedis. An alias of David Iriarte, this new undertaking sees the Amsterdam-based artist plumbing the depths & tunnelling further into a sound that has surely been in the works for some time. One half of Iro Aka, Iriarte is no stranger to the exploration of ambiance & rhythmic play: the duo released a trilogy of records on John Talabot’s label Hivern Discs between 2020 & 2023.

On Zevar, Iriarte first traverses the deeper territories of tech house before conjuring up mystic 2-step and delving into rolling techno. The sense of spaciousness throughout the EP is vivid: perpetually unfolding modulated delays; cavernous reverb; weighty, grounding sub frequencies. This expanse is punctuated by fragmentary voices, psychedelic refrains (“Xtz”), intricate break deployment (“Station”) and thudding bass tones (“RTHM”). Just enough is given, just enough held back. With these 4 tracks, Aedis brings you that little bit deeper.
