Born in 1991, Lebanon, Nicolas Skayem is a sound artist, and computer specialist raised in Beirut. His passion for music ever since he was a child, finally lead him to start a career in 2015. In his work, Nicolas loves always to mirror the lebanese culture he grew up with, hence the oriental melodic, yet chaotic style he plays. But it doesn’t stop there, the lebanese culture is so diverse, and those who know the country know how unpredictable all its situations are. Resembles exactly Skayem’s dark side with the different genres he mixes during his sessions, from EBM, to post-punk, to experimental and cinematic industrial, he switches between those smoothly and, surprises his crowd. Electronic music is an experimentation itself, a reason why it allows him to express his personality and connect with the crowd throughout a set on a higher frequency.
