Eurodance mix: Breakfast at the Späti

Upper90 (Luca Twomey) is a Producer and DJ originally from Australia, but currently based in Berlin. Luca’s music is high energy and heavily inspired by producers from the European house and trance scene. His 'euphoric' approach to producing in the studio is transformed into live shows across Europe. The Upper90 sound features intimate female vocals, 80's style synth and piano, paired with hard hitting 909 drum patterns. With a show already played at Mondo in Madrid supporting Narciss, and another EP planned for release this year, Luca intends to build on his growing European audience.

'Good luck finding out much biographical information about Janis Zielinksi. We asked, but the German remained tight-lipped, so instead we're left only with his music as a window into his world. That is not what you usually get from typical German house or techno producers but, he explains, he takes plenty of inspiration from the UK and Dutch scenes.'
