Taken from  Glitterbug's upcoming album 'Dust' (out May 12th in Germany and on June 9th 2014 in the UK and rest of the world) on Gold Panda's Notown Recordings, ‘1st of July’ is a sunrise techno hymn that slowly builds into raving arpeggios and smothered high hats, it’s clearly the albums most pressing dance track, that feels as if the entire track order built up to it.

Nikosf. - The Park From Above

The Somali/Swedish songstress Asha Ali delivers pop music with grand emotions of self-searching and heartache. Not yet released outside of Scandinavia she is now embarking on the international music scene with her latest album Loud And Out Of Place released November 19th. 
For the first time co-writing with the likes of Peter Morén (Peter, Björn & John), Johannes Berglund (I Break Horses, Jennie Abrahamson, The Knife), Tobias Isaksson (Azure Blue) and Fredrik Berger (Icona Pop, Agnes, Charli XCX) a brilliant musical transformation of Asha Ali's already unique expression marks a new beginning of what coule be her best work as of yet. The single Go the distance is here remixed/reproduced by Swedish artist Harald Björk that we haven't heard from in a while except for his hardware livesets at festivals like Sónar Barcelona, Wayoutwest various RBMA-weekenders and clubs from East Russia to New York.

After twenty years at the center of the electronic scene, the enigma that is Chloé still stands. While Chloé has long transcended her image as the “DJette” behind legendary club night Pulp, headlining the Rex as well as clubs and festivals throughout Europe, Endless Revisions represents yet another deviation from rigid genre classification, deepening the often-linear perspectives on current music. A rich and multi-faceted work, the artist’s captivating third album drifts from one mystery to the other, harkening back to philosopher Theodor W. Adorno’s maxim: “the task of art today is to bring chaos into order.”
Seven long years in the making, the follow-up to One in Other is only the third full-length by the artist, whose high standards translate into scarcity: “I did wait a while to make this album,” she confirms, “because I prefer not to impose deadlines on the full-lengths. To do so would stifle my creativity. Over the past few years, people have come up to me with interesting collaborations. I composed the score for Lidia Terki’s feature Paris La Blanche, worked with the Ircam for a live interactive installation, reinterpreted Steve Reich with percussionist Vassilena Serafimova... These opportunities forced me to leave my studio and encounter other people’s universes, which allowed me to grow. So today, I feel like I have new things to express.”
The time felt right for the producer to come up with a new opus: “the label was born out of a desire for emancipation, for self-assertion. Lumière Noire was the push to finish this new full length.” This third LP serves up Chloé’s music in its finest form – music that eschews the well-trodden paths of delight and seduction in favour of an experimental sensibility that puts motion before emotion. The title, Endless Revisions, refers to the constant work that goes into the gestation of the artist’s inner landscapes before they can be displayed for the audience. This sensory experience also serves as a mirror that she hangs for herself, each resulting track providing another step toward emotional equilibrium.
The idea with this new label, this new album, is to look towards the future.  This album represents who I am now, as I’m opening up to new horizons.”

Apollo proudly presents the ‘All The Keys Are Here’ EP, Sebastian Mullaert’s beguiling debut on the label following collaborations with Mathew Jonson, Eitan Reiter, Aril Brikha and Ulf Eriksson, as well as releases for Hypercolour, Drumcode, Mule Musiq and Kontra Musik. 
While most well-known historically for his widescreen melodic techno as one half of Minilogue, Mullaert’s compositions for ‘All The Keys Are Here’ draw on a lusher, more organic palette of sounds, thrumming with intimate inner vibrations. Originating from piano based improvisations, these four musical excursions embrace simplicity through repetition and sparse arrangements that make for an ecstatic, enveloping listening experience.

Sebastian’s studio sessions and live performances take influence from his Zen spiritual practices and meditative techniques, with inspiration provided by the serenity and simplicity of the forest close to his home studio in the majestic Röstånga woods (next to Söderåsen National park)

“I really believe that when someone is perceiving art, that person is in a way equally creative and part of the creation as a person playing an instrument, or performing or composing the song. Because it’s in this very moment in the consciousness where the experience of the art is taking place...” – Sebastian Mullaert 

Sebastian's strong desire to explore new sonic territories is rooted in his background as a classical violinist and pianist, which he had set aside to explore the deep and meditative potentialities of the dance-floor / techno music. 

A recent highlight of this evolution was his 2016 live collaboration with the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich in Switzerland (known for their boundary pushing work on bridging the divide between classical and electronic). As part of this memorable event, a number of Mullaert's tracks were orchestrated and reinterpreted for a six-piece chamber group, (harp, piano, violin, cello, clarinet and French horn). Indeed two of the tracks featured on ‘All The Keys Are Here’; “Every Moment I Am” and “Earth Blossom” were part of the concert repertoire. 

‘All The Keys Are Here's shimmering sonic panoramas perfectly summarise this exciting new chapter in Sebastian Mullaert’s ongoing musical journey and partnership with Apollo.

Germany’s leading recording magazine ‘Keys’ gave his debut album a perfect 10/10 for both musical content and sound production. Intro Magazine said of his last album ‘Privilege’ that it is “destined for nothing less than eternity” and Germany’s De:Bug Magazine wrote “when one listens to Glitterbug’s music, it feels like listening to a better world, a utopia without words”.
