Außerdem kommen Julian Knoth (Gesang, Bass), Kevin Kuhn (Schlagzeug)und Max Rieger (Gesang, Gitarre) alias DIE NERVEN auf Tour und spielen ab dem 19. April, in 11 Tagen, 11 Konzerte in 4 Ländern.

FAKE entstand in Proberäumen, Studios und auf Theaterbühnen in Stuttgart, Leipzig und Berlin. Zusammen mit Produzent Ralv Milberg und seinem mobilen Studio plus Equipment, überquerten DIE NERVEN im September 2017 dann gleich zwei Mal die Alpen, um innerhalb von nur zwei Wochen ihr viertes Studioalbum in der Toskana aufzunehmen. Fast drei Jahre mit unzähligen Konzerten, einer Theaterarbeit und einigen Songwritingsessions lagen zwischen den Aufnahmen zu OUT und FAKE: „Mit Abstand hat uns kein Album so viel abverlangt wie dieses hier und wir können kaum erwarten es auf Euch los zu lassen“ sagt die Band selbst über das neue Album.

'Risha' cannot be described in traditional terms. This sound is a sweeping tapestry of Americana, Neo-Folk, Industrial, Ambient, Electronic and Arabic Music as the new song 'All In The Palm' and its furious beat will proof. „To make our own record together has always been a dream and now because of his kindness we have done so. I am so grateful and honored to play with him and so excited for the world to hear what we have created together“ says David Eugene Edwards (16 Horsepower, Wovenhand), “our way of working together turned out to be really intuitive. We didn’t have to discuss a lot of conceptual strategies and rather allowed ourselves to be guided by the music, which happened to just materialize in vast chunks. All we had to do was to merrily put the pieces together and discover the tale they were telling” Alexander Hacke (Einstürzende Neubauten) complements.

'Risha' will be released June 22nd via Glitterhouse Records followed by extensive touring.

Aufbruch, Licht und Schatten und die Bedrängnis der Gegenwart, ausgedrückt in bezauberndem Indie-Folk-Pop, der Zähne zeigt und enorme Dynamik entwickelt. Steiner & Madlaina's Debütalbum ist am 19. Oktober auf Glitterhouse Records erschienen! 'Das schöne Leben (unplugged)' wurde im Berliner Studio von Deutschlandfunk Kultur live aufgenommen. „Jeder Song erzählt eine Geschichte aus dem schweizerischen Leben ‚Das schöne Leben’ beispielsweise ist die Beschreibung eines privilegierten und im Überfluss ertrinkenden Lebens in einem Land wie der Schweiz. Das Leben in einer gespaltenen Welt, wo wir vor lauter Möglichkeiten Angst bekommen haben, unsere Träume zu verwirklichen. So bleiben wir paralysiert sitzen und stürzen uns in einen Überkonsum, der uns vorübergehend eine gewisse Zufriedenheit vormacht“ sagen Nora und Madlaina über die neue Single.

Auf großer 'Cheers Tour' ist das Indie-Folk Duo aus Zürich plus Band im Januar und Februar 2019 (3 Konzerte wurden bereits hochverlegt, 1 ist restlos ausverkauft!). Im Sommer werden sie außerdem u.a. auf dem Hurricane und Southside Festival zu sehen sein!
