It took me a really long time to get this mix done. I started putting the track list together in November, didn’t start mixing it until December, and finally finished it at the beginning of March. Screw depression.

With this mix I wanted to put as many of my favorite dancey house tracks that I found in 2017 into one cohesive package. Hello 2020

Get ready for a gnarly bassline filled rollercoaster ride. Beats ranging from future beat, trap, dubstep, glitch hop, halftime, DnB, and probably more. This mix is sure to give you those dystopian feels while still making your head bob along. Great stuff for these spooky times.  

Started in July then put on hold for awhile until finishing it up this month. The goal of the mix changed over that time. At first I wanted to make more of a “super fast transition” kind of mix. When I started actually mixing it I found that I didn’t like that idea as it just didn’t feel right so I ended up going with the format you’ll hear in this mix. I’m fairing happy with how it turned out. It is what it is. Inspired by the state of things around the world, feelings this year, and the music itself. I hope you enjoy this selection of tunes as much as I do.
