We welcome back Globurst for BLOC28 with his heavyweight release, 'Become One With Us'.

Globurst is a real jewel, an unsung hero that delivers real professionalism in everything he touches. It's his third appearance with us at The AudioBloc, featuring earlier in the year with Stolen Mind. Become One With Us is a four-track offering, 3 of which are arranged by the man himself. The opening track 'Become One With Us' is a percussive, stripped back driver, mixed with haunting vocals. Globurst explains "something you are deeply afraid of can also be the most beautiful thing" when describing the track for DanceTV. Track two comes in the form of "Spirals", a perfectly named contribution that lends hypnotic signals to the proceedings. 'Apparition' doesn't let up the energy as you would expect. Globurst’s distinct rumbling kick drum is displayed throughout all here but is carried expertly by the unique FX and stabs in Apparition.

As the industry finds its feet again, Tenzella has proven it's possible to have an incredible 2021. With tracks featured on Snatch!, Circus and WATB and his project IDentity Events with Inafekt coming on strength to strength, we are pleased he's taken his time out to feature here with a groove-based interpretation for Apparition.

Creativity is one, but dedication got Globurst to where he is today. He spent more than 15 years dedicating his free time to produce and DJ. His music vault grew steadily with new ideas and tracks each time he entered the studio. Nevertheless, not a single one of these creations ever saw the light of day. That all changed in 2017 when techno started to dominate his productions.

A spark ignited for Globurst at one of the biggest festivals of that year. The feeling of completely living in the moment and not worrying about anything else intrigued him like never before. Being with friends and feeling out of this world when that one track plays. It creates memories binding the music with emotions one will never forget.

"It's amazing that music has the ability to create such strong associations. You can relive moments by putting that one track on and get sucked back to that point in time".

Globurst is now on a mission to help create those unique moments and lifelong memories by producing Techno which will do exactly that: blast you into the moment, building you up to a high and drop you right back on your feet. Globurst delivers Techno with a mix of melodic and hypnotising patterns, continuing to experiment and explore the boundaries.

Globurst is now on a mission to help create unique moments and lifelong memories by producing techno which will do exactly that: blast you into the moment, build you up to a high and then drop you right back onto your feet. He believes, “Music has the ability to create such strong associations. That you can relive moments by putting that one track on and get sucked back to that point in time.” 

Since 2017, he’s been pushing boundaries with productions on notable labels such as Barbaric Recordings, Pursuit, Naked Lunch and Ground Truth Records. Last year, he played the ‘Sound Of Tomorrow’ Stage at the renowned ‘Tomorrowland’ festival and his latest EP called “Unstable” has just been released on Finder Records. With several more releases in the works and other live performances lined up, he’s someone to keep an eye on.
