hello! I've been having a lot of rest time this week but I made these 2 songs last week so I could afford it. they are polar opposite vibes, the first one being a chillstep esque song with subtle beats and soothing melodies. the second one has an almost hardwave energy with a lot of metal influence, something I'm not super well versed in creating but have listened to for a long time. 24 instrumental compositions explore themes of transformation, alienation, and existential anxiety through the lens of lo-fi aesthetics and dark trap. The warmth of Roland's analog synthesizers contrasts with the cold absurdity of modern existence — like Kafka's characters trapped in endless bureaucratic corridors, sounds get stuck between the walls of a tiny room.
The album is a diary of sleepless nights where the boundaries of reality blur, a human transforms into sound, and sound becomes a document of internal trial. Recorded on obsolete equipment in an impossible space, it becomes a testament to how creativity is born not despite limitations, but because of them.

Kafka's Insomnia

In "Mei Mode," Iglooghost pulls no punches. The track chops up grinding dubstep wobbles with rubbery squeaks and pairs it with the aria an intergalactic opera singer. "Mei Mode is a really loud song about fast matte-black bikes that little goon beings are riding. They are trying to shoot pinging red beams at 3 little monks," Iglooghost describes setting the scene for an inter-dimensional battle. He also offers some advice, "when you listen to it, move your head really fast up and down and swing your arms everywhere. It makes it sound really cool."
