MountBound - OVERKILL (Official, In-game ver.)

Personally I have conflicted thoughts with this one. If you've tried modding the game to include some tracks, you'll notice that many "timed" events like Bergentruckung have use code to match certain things with the original songs, and since many of the Alternate songs have different times and stuff, this results on these tracks not lining up with the in-game events. 

To avoid this with Finale, which is one of the clearest examples of what I mean, I made it using sort of the same structure and BPM of the original. While in-game this works much better, I feel like it was very restrictive and that I could have done something more original with this one. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy.

083 - Finale

This track was fun but also tiring to work on because, unlike every other track so far, I didn't do this one on FL Studio. Instead, I opted on using Famitracker for the true FM experience. Working with tracker limitations was indeed a challenge, but it also gave me the chance to do more creative stuff for this mix. Hope you like it!

088 - Dating Start! (FM Version)

Hey there, been a hot minute. Just before anything, this track in particular isn't what took so long for me to upload again (even if it DID take me a while to decide what to do for it lol). Truth is we're planning on doing something big, which i can't reveal yet, but you may get an idea of what it is.

As for the track itself, well, there's not much to say, I just edited the FM version of Dating Start and sped it up. Hope you enjoy, and stay tuned!

089 - Dog Dating

Couldn't really do a lot for this one considering its name comes from the literal only preset this song uses but still wanted to try my hand at adding something to it, so this one would actually be considered a... cover? Idk. Hope you like it anyways.

097 - Woofenstein

This one also went through a lot of different versions, which I eventually discarded because they either sounded too much like Hopes and Dreams or whatever reference I used was too obvious. With a legendary track such as Hopes and Dreams, it's hard to feel like whatever you're doing makes justice to it, but just the same as with Undertale (the song), I came to accept that this version probably won't be as good as the original, but it doesn't have to be. None of the Alternate tracks need to be. As Dr Dre said: "I'm never gonna be able to do it any better than what they did, this is just my version (right before cooking a trash beat)"

Now onto my inspiration for this, I took a lot of different things. 'Raw Unfiltered Calamity' by DM Dokuro, 'Solaris Phase 2' from Sonic 06, many chiptune and tracker songs, etc. I wanted this to have a feeling of finality, of the realization that this is truly the end of your journey. Just as I do, I hope you enjoy this.

Also I got the worst diarrhea of my life by the time I'm uploading this so pray for me if you want to see megalovania.

100 - Hopes And Dreams

This was inspired primarily on modern Sonic music, like Perfect Chaos' second phase and Solaris' first phase. I also took some inspiration from One Winged Angel. I wanted this to have a bigger sense of dread and intensity, so whereas the original was a rather basic metal loop, I tried doing some heavy orchestral stuff, almost to give apocalyptic vibes. Overall, I'm satisfied.

101 - Burn In Despair!

Inspired mostly on Bloody Tears' SSBU version. I wanted to do something different for this track, so instead of making it a "phase 2" with the same FLP as Hopes and Dreams, I did it from scratch, and I went for a more "epic" feeling, as if the entire world is really at stake, but you're still more than powerful enough to save it. The original song felt more like it was "reminiscing" you of the friends you made along the journey, and thus it sounded like a more "friendly" and happy song. That's why it worked so well, but as I said, I wanted this to feel more intense. Hope that works as well. In any case, hope you enjoy.

102 - SAVE The World

This track takes inspiration mostly from Love Theme from Mother 3 and Sandman's Theme from Spider-Man 3. I wanted this to feel more melancholic and sad, but at the same time with just a hint of bittersweet...ness?. Aside from that, I don't think there is too much to add.

Oh yeah, the violin plays a small motif that's present as an oboe in both Undertale (the song) and Hopes and Dreams. I don't really consider it as an actual motif, but hey, it's there. Enjoy.

103 - His Theme

Just posting this one because it might take a while until Reunited comes. I was mostly inspired by OneShot's OST, since I recently played the game for the first time. Unlike the original, which is more "climatic" and composed as a reverse excerpt of Hopes and Dreams to symbolize Asriel undoing his wrong actions, I wanted this one to feel more... idk. Intimate? Like it's a key moment since the barrier is finally destroyed, but I wanted to make it feel more close and heartfelt, if that makes sense.
