Donald Sterling sues TMZ, V. Stiviano over audio recording
Former Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling sued celebrity website TMZ and former companion V. Stiviano over a secret recording that ultimately led to him losing ownership of the franchise, reports the Associated Press.
Sterling filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court last week just two days after he filed for divorce from his estranged wife, Rochelle, just weeks shy of their 60th anniversary.
The lawsuit claims that Stiviano and TMZ violated his privacy on a “scale of unparalleled and unprecedented magnitude."

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The wife of former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle released a statement to the media the same day Jared Fogle was expected to plead guilty to child porn charges.

Katie Fogle’s statement said she plans to seek a divorce.

Ex - NFL Cheerleader Molly Shattuck, 48, appeared to sob as a Delaware judge ordered that she serve every other weekend in jail for two years. The judge also ordered that Shattuck pay the victim's family $10,650 and register as a sex offender, according to NBC affiliate WBAL.

Ex - NFL Cheerleader Sentenced For Oral Sex On Teen [Reaction]

A former girlfriend of Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose has filed a lawsuit against the NBA player and two of his friends, claiming that they drugged and gang-raped her two years ago.

A representative for Rose said Thursday the allegations are "completely false and without any factual basis," and called the lawsuit "a desperate attempt to shake down a highly respected and successful athlete."
