Following the release of the first Olorun solo album on Danza Nativa. Estrato Aurora, Alfred Czital, Simone Bauer and Lanoche deliver four of the album tracks in remix form, the remixes transcend club concepts of electronic music and techno in new, exciting flavours.  The interpretation of Estrato Aurora is constructed over 8 minutes. a track that has a suspenseful vibe and a captivating trance generated by tribal percussion.  “Sensory Event” acquires a new direction in the remix by Alfred Czital, a more dancefloor oriented track with sharp percussions and a combined amount of bass and soft pads. The third remix comes from new talent Simone Bauer gives us a downtempo track true to his style and reveals a deep and darkly mysterious history.
Last but not least, Lanoche closes this release with a minimalist and subtle piece that keeps us looking forward, every detail that we discover in his Rework enhances the work more.

space•cast 019 comes from Gillan, a supremely talented musician and artist who lives and breathes the kind of beautifully rhythmic sonic tapestry she has woven through this mix.

Gillan's exploration and love of psychedelic and cosmic music is rooted in the connection to something so much deeper and bigger than us - and the ritualistic setting it can put us in allows us to form a deeper relationship with the ancestral origin of sound and rhythm. 

This mix was recorded live at space•lab and we hear Gillan moving through the gears from a wonderfully textured and rhythmic opening to a pacey deep, rolling finale.

Samuel van Dijk steps forward as Multicast Dynamics to present his next full length of mesmerising deepness on A Walking Contradiction. As ever, when van Dijk puts on his Multicast Dynamics disguise, he abducts his listeners to places where breathtaking soundscapes and pitch black ambience take over. When you are in these imaginary places he creates a compelling story that is both exhilarating and soothing at the same time.

Soundtrack for Something That Does Not Exist is nothing less. It's a journey across dark scapes and icy glitches, richly detailed with topnotch sound design that creates a spacious flow throughout. The subtle rhythms that appear once in a while show some overlap with recent VC-118A productions, which makes this a very complete piece of work that shows the excellence of a producer that never stops improving himself.

We are thrilled to present the 10th-anniversary release on our label by Ehndo @ehndomusic - a musical project of Bautista Falco, a young artist from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

‘Genesis’ marks the start of his musical journey, blending deep and psychedelic sounds with a broad and exploratory approach. Inspired by life in Buenos Aires, this album reflects the artist’s day-to-day experiences and the different moods he has navigated over the past few years. From slow tempos and warm pads to broken rhythms and brain-dancing patterns, ‘Genesis’ evolves into 4-on-the-floor trance-inspired beats.

Ehndo - Free Floating

Today, we welcome City Pop into the world -  a complementary addition to Mara’s acclaimed album At Every Corner and the first release on Pure Space for 2025.

Created from field recordings gathered during her travels in Java and Bali in late 2024, Mara was hopeful to capture the vibrant street music woven into the fabric of daily life. Yet, as she listened back, these melodies were constantly overwhelmed by the relentless sounds of traffic, construction, and machinery.

In City Pop, Mara leans into this sonic tension, amplifying the distortion and layering to craft a reflective assemblage. The piece questions what is lost beneath the din: what culture, what knowledge, what landscapes erode under the veneer of progress? City Pop is an exploration of the duality between sound and silence, tradition and change.
