This is the first mix I have made since losing my Dad in October of 2013. I needed so badly to channel my pain through music but I just could not bring myself to go to the place I needed to creatively. There were many nights I thought I never would again.
This mix is a love letter, moments of anguish and despair and beacons of hope all in one. I wasn't trying to create a mood or vibe....just letting these songs tell a story. My heart is deeply in this one.
