Day #2 in the 7in7 challenge--create a song every day for seven days.

Listen for the same melody repeating three times, with different accompaniments each time it repeats. The form of the piece is AAA.

(labeled No. 2 because I have No. 1... I just haven't finished it yet. Additionally, this recording isn't great.. The goal is just to get it out there, not to master or perfect it for now :)

Things Are Not Always What They Seem - No. 2

Day 3 out of 7! 

This one has the same format as No. 2, AA'A'' or ABA', where the middle A section may almost be its own section (B). 

The left hand is the same throughout the piece (called an ostinato), so listen as the harmonies change in the right hand, but not the left. 
I wanted to use the ostinato here to explore more of the theme; if this piece were played by just the left hand, it would be a very dull piece, hearing the same texture over and over and over. Yet along with so many changes, you only realize at the end that you're hearing the ostinato much differently than you began. Things are not always as they seem at first.
