Henrii provides us a winding traverse through her selections perfectly blended in syncronisation she offered her own comments on the trip. 

"For this mix, I was inspired by the beautiful autumn season here in Norway, where the days are getting darker each day, and outside, it's either foggy or sunny with cold, crisp air. The mix has a slow and long entrance through the ambient landscape and goes into waves of faster hypnotic rhythms, representing a journey of a little ritual or something. I hope you enjoy listening to it."

ILAY (@ilayruni), an 18-year-old sound artist behind the alias ILAYRUNI, works at the crossroads of electronic music and percussive instruments. Merging these two worlds, he explores the possibility of rhythm and sound.

Growing up in a family that had a strong bond with the electronic music scene, ILAY had access to a wide range of styles and sounds, giving him the chance to wander and discover all types of frequencies and feelings.
Traveling through a wide range of styles during his sets and productions, he seeks highly percussive rhythmic patterns that merge with synthesizers and give place to deep soundscapes.

The recording of my recent set at @thelotradio ❄️🦋🌀

For this set I wanted to dive into the realms of lucid dreaming, halftime~trippy~swirly~music for late night driving and moonlit astral travel ~ 

Whilst playing this set it started snowing heavily, and when I stepped outside after the show there was 10cm of snow on the ground! So this mix is also a soundtrack for the soft-coldness of nighttime snowfall 🌙

I am not perfect

To create this song was a very important process for me, as the track helped me cope with some heartbreaking news in my family — a young girl from my stepmother’s family, who was about to turn 18, took her own life. She had been suffering in silence for years. Such pain, such confusion, such deep sadness. Through this track, I tried to put into music what I was feeling in the midst of this tragedy. Before she passed, she had written a prayer. I hope this piece of music accompanies her, and that she finds peace wherever she is now.

Goasis Live @ Apsara Festival 2018 - Ambient Forest

Grant Camov has been a key figure in the Australian underground music scene for close to a decade. After deeply exploring the sonic boundaries of electronic music, the psychedelic sound caught his attention for real. Following many trips to psy & goa festivals in Australia and Europe, the passion spiralled out of control and the Goasis project was born. 

With sets spanning from dusty doofed out dance floors deep in the Australian Outback, to lush Transylvanian mountain valleys, delivering psychedelic hypnosis during pure Goa parties in Belgium, to spinning smooth morning sets at underground forest gatherings on the coastlines of Denmark, to cosy Swedish outdoor midsummer raves, his trademark deejay style has been appreciated by fun loving party freaks the world over. Happily representing mainstay Goa Trance label Suntrip Records as a label DJ since 2017 and currently based in Copenhagen, Denmark, there are no signs of things slowing down any time soon...
