Back with their second official collaboration since 2020, Kasablanca and Lane 8 team up on latest hit track, 'Remission', on Anjunabeats.

Launching into the dance music scene in 2020 with their first releases, Kasablanca quickly made a name for themselves later that July with the release of their hit collaboration with Lane 8, 'Run'. With that original track now streamed over 40M times worldwide since its release, hitting #1 on SiriusXM BPM, and heard countless times live at major festival stages around the world, Kasablanca and Lane 8 look to follow up on their success together with their latest collaborative release, 'Remission'.

After a massive 2022 and 2023 that saw Kasablanca touring around the world and playing some of the most well known venues like Coachella, Printworks, Red Rocks, and The Gorge, their tour in late 2023 was cut short after revealing that frontman "Mickey" was diagnosed with cancer. Following a short hiatus from touring and music in the start of 2024, 'Remission' marks the official return of Kasablanca after the debut of the track during their LIVE set at Ultra Music Festival in Miami, Chile and Peru.

Denver-based DJ and producer Daniel Goldstein, aka Lane 8, has become the leading light in today's melodic house scene with multiple shows at iconic venues such as Red Rocks and Brooklyn Mirage under his belt. Lane 8 fans might have noticed the new record being road-tested in his recent shows, most notably when it was debuted at CRSSD Festival in San Diego in early March.

Fans can look forward to hearing the latest hit release live at both Kasablanca and Lane 8 shows in the future.

Following his February debut on Purified Records with the ‘Lovers’ EP, Glusko returns with the evocative ‘Intentions’ EP - featuring two immersive cuts, ‘Intentions’ with Thomas Gandey and ‘Molino’. Reuniting with Thomas Gandey, ‘Intentions’ blends hypnotic grooves and atmospheric layers with Gandey’s distinctive vocals, creating a moody and deeply emotive experience. On the B-side, ‘Molino’ introduces organic elements and a nature-inspired spirit, pairing flowing melodic textures with crisp percussion and warm instrumentation for a rich, transportive feel. With this release, Glusko further refines his sound, delivering another thoughtful and beautifully produced chapter in his growing Purified journey.

The ‘Intentions’ EP artwork is an aerial photograph of glacial river in Iceland taken by Jan Erik Waider. A fine art photographer based in Hamburg, Germany, Jan is known for capturing abstract landscapes of the northern latitudes. With a focus on water, ice, and intricate natural patterns, his work reveals the beauty hidden in the subtle details of the world around us.

Iceland's river and seascapes are often inconspicuous from the ground, but from the air they offer a breathtaking spectacle of colors and textures. Most rivers have their source at one of the numerous glaciers, and flow towards the sea. Along the way, they transport vital nutrients for the ecosystem in the form of sediment, which are responsible for the sometimes very unusual colors of the water. From Iceland to the farthest corners of the world, rivers are the planet’s arteries. The London based DJ/producer and Metamorph Recordings label boss returns to the Joyride Music family after his track Sunshine Days as released at the beginning of 2019 on Joyride Recordings. Costa has released a streak of fine tracks in the last couple of years making himself a well respected name in the Trance scene. His 2018 artist album "Always Coming Home" as well as his recent releases on Alter Ego, HTE, Suanda and Metamorph have cemented his seat in the Trance olymp.

Wow, hadn't realised what a journey SoundCloud would take me on.  After many years of passive listening to music I've dieted on a variety of tastes. My appetite for new sounds is undiminished and SC provides plenty of food. I am not a musician and have only recently started to listen positively to the sounds. My early years began listening to music from ABC, The Beatles, The Carpenters Dire Straits Eagles Fleetwood Mac Genesis Elton John Led Zeppelin Gilbert O'Sullivan Rod Stewart Supertramp Tangerine Dream Vangelis The Who and many more.
