Both producers wanted to collaborate together for some time, and when they finally did ideas naturally flourished into two Afro House gems for IWR080. Rich piano chords and African progressions flow through 'Kuvuka Mipaka', whereas 'Mitetemo ya Sahara' has an Afro Tech energy with middle eastern textures.

On his upcoming "Somoya" EP, Scopelyser chronicles his pilgrimage into his ancestral roots. Inspired by journeys through byways and marrows of India, Algeria and cities within the Mother Continent, the Tel Aviv-based dj/producer yields five tracks that capture the enigma of place and his profound affinity with the land. "Somoya" starts off with the title track, a symphony of nature's sounds, visceral rhythms and esoteric electronic sonances. Up next, "Durya" treads through celestial progressions and a meditative groove, illuminating the infinite trajectory of the stars. "Zamaye" brings in elegant wind and strings to create gust patterns and august resonance for fluid introspection. Harmonizing vegetal percussion, propulsive cadences and dewy undulations, "Barnaba" evokes a nostalgic petrichor for a remarkable dancefloor moment. "Aman Aman" wraps up the EP, unwinding ethnic instrumentals and ethereal melodies. A transient finale that vibrates the pulse of perpetual rebirth, Somoya ends and begins with the discovery of a spirit that dwells within.

Hailing from the sunny south of Spain, a historic cradle of vanguard artists, German Brigante native of Malaga makes his way on the basis of talent and effort. These two qualities are linked directly in the results of what we hear if we attend carefully at what German offers us. 
To this maxim, we must add a musical culture linked to 80-90’s pop and hip-hop that from an early age has influenced German. Talking in terms of talent German Brigante has achieved a distinctive and unmistakable sound easily recognizable, capable of making him stand out. We also want to emphasize effort, a quality that together with the innate talent that this artist has, becomes the sum that gives rise to the authenticity tangible in every of Brigante’s beats. These qualities, polished in long studio journeys, plus the love that the artist professes for the electro and break-beat sounds in the likes of Prodigy, are the ingredients that have helped to configure the sound palette of this producer. 
Moving forward with the productions that have marked the discography of this artist, we must highlight the icing in the cake, his album Bipolar. Released on Get Physical Music, this work is an exercise in maturity through the 10 songs that complete the LP.
