With its anthemic chorus, shimmering electronic pulses and  atmospheric edge, 'Do You Remember?' evokes images of  by-gone era’s, childhood memories and ever changing political climates. The new video for the single features the brilliant Canadian comedian Stewart Francis who is a massive fan of the band and  stars in the video’s love triangle story, ‘Who’s The Daddy?’ to hilarious yet brilliant effect, look out for the twist at the end. Stewart’s profile is sky high, being a regular guest on BBC’s TV’s ‘Mock The Week.‘ITV’s ‘One Night Only ‘and Channel 4’s ‘8 Out of 10 Cats.’

The track has been mixed by LA music producer Paul Lani, who has worked alongside David Bowie, Prince, U2 and Robbie Williams to name but a few and is the third of six to be taken from the bands ‘See Saw Series’, which will be digitally released in 2011 through Grizzly Records.

‘Turn The World Around’ continues the bands formula of infectious pop hooks, this time with a slower pace,  mixing a haunting verse, uplifting chorus and fragile vocals that resound with an uplifting energy and emotion, climaxing to a guitar fuelled conclusion, which, as lead singer Marko reflects;

“This song focuses on the strength of relationships, there are tough times for sure but you can always find a resolution if you try and stay positive.”

‘We Are Here’, the new single from GoGoBot and the finale of the applauded ‘See Saw Series’  offers yet another perfect melding of pop sensibility, with an under current of  rock bass and a soaring synth riffs. The track is a spectacular conclusion to the hugely successful year of single sales and live appearances, which have resulted in the emergence of a loyal ‘Bot’ fan base through their engaging live performances up and down the UK.

Such dates have included some of the biggest festivals on the circuit including- Rockness, T in the Park, Guilfest and Bestival. After the bands electrifying appearance on the highly applauded BBC Introducing stage at T in the Park, it didn’t take long for word to get out about their energetic stage performances. Bestival organiser BBC Radio 1’s Rob Da Bank invited the band to appear not once but twice at the critically acclaimed weekend, bringing an injection of electro rock to the event. Further to their festival appearances, the bands diversity and DIY style has lead to a number of high profile support slots for artists such as Simple Minds, Big Country, Glasvegas, Heaven 17, JLS and Olly Murs. 

Throughout 2011 GoGoBot have received significant exposure on both national and international radio. The See Saw Series has garnered plays from BBC Radio 1 Scotland’s Ally McCrae, 6 Music’s Chris Hawkins, BBC Radio 2, Moray Firth Radio’s Marion Scott and Clyde 1’s Jim Gellatly. Keeping such influential company, further plays have followed on Q Radio, Central FM, Northsound 1, West FM, Original FM, Waves Radio, Pacific FM (influential America tastemaker station), Radio Pulse, BFBS, Juice Brighton, Forth One, Tay FM, Westsound and Radio Borders. 

The trio have also accumulated press coverage across national and industry press - The Herald, (Going Out ), The Scotsman (Under the Radar), The Sun (Ones to Watch/New Music/Ones to Watch), Sunday Mail (7 Days) The Daily Record (The Razz Feature/Single of the Week) as well as an inclusion in the highly coveted Music Week playlist. To celebrate the finale of the ‘See Saw Series’ the band will be playing a homecoming headliner gig at King Tut’s in Glasgow on December 2nd (NME’s best small venue 2011). The appearance will mark a fitting end to an outstanding year of releases and electrifying live performances. The best is yet to come.
