US war planes have shot down three unidentified objects in North American airspace over the last three days, which is entirely without precedent.

On Sunday an octagon-shaped object was reportedly shot down over Lake Huron near the Canadian border after first being detected some 1,300 miles away over Montana on Saturday night. On Saturday a cylindrical object was reportedly shot down over Canada's Yukon territory by an American F-22, and on Friday an object "about the size of a small car" was reportedly shot down after being detected over Alaska.

What We Know About The US Air Force's Balloon Party So Far

If anti-war protests made no difference, the US empire wouldn't have completely abandoned full-scale ground invasions after 2003 and switched to sneakier, less effective means of warfare while launching unprecedented narrative management systems to suppress anti-war sentiments. They abandoned Bush-era Hulk Smash ground invasions in favor of drones, proxy warfare, covert ops and sanctions because enough people rose up and said "NO" to make them afraid of the masses beginning to wake up and begin turning against them and their institutions.

jumping over homeless people with Super Mario Bros sound effects

against all evidence to the contrary,
moving as fast as we can to keep us
from ever catching up to ourselves.

consuming and being consumed by end-stage metastatic capitalism,
mainlining Empire Inc into the veins between our toes because the ones in our arms collapsed long ago,
plunging straws into our loved ones to siphon out the validation we cannot give ourselves,
stumbling with gig economy exploitation hangovers and mouths that taste like Microsoft
through a dead-eyed civilization of blaring screens and focus-grouped hearts
where young women are sacrificed to gods made of algorithms,
where our minds are stripped of anything that won't help billionaires become trillionaires,
where everything breaks after 18 months but takes millions of years to decompose,
where we're all conditioned to think the same thoughts but hate each other more and more.
Balls to the wall with no brakes on,
shrieking and whooping into the night
laughing joyless laughter through pleasureless coke highs
past the neon signs and 3D billboards
dodging drones and punching panhandlers
strangling starving men on the subway
and disappearing into the dark
and becoming the darkness
and embracing our true calling:

Disciples of Dystopia.
Agents of Omnicide.
Apostles of the Apocalypse.

Balls To The Wall

This civilization is so mentally ill that you'll get treated like a gibbering lunatic for expressing the most sane and rational opinions anyone can possibly express. Something as basic as "The world's most powerful government should stop ramping up nuclear brinkmanship on multiple fronts" will get you treated like a kook, when really it's so obvious and common sense it shouldn't even need to be said. This Civilization Is Mentally Ill

1. It's easier to understand what's going on in the world when you mentally "mute" people's narratives about what's going on and just look at the material movements of wealth, resources, weapons, and people. That's how you separate what's real from the manipulations and empty narrative fluff, how you see who's doing the taking and hoarding, and how you figure out who the real aggressors are in international conflicts.
2. The three most overlooked and under-appreciated aspects of the human experience are consciousness, the extent to which conditioned thought patterns dictate our lives, and the influence of propaganda.
3. We live in a civilization that's so pervasively steeped in lies and manipulations that the only way to have a truth-based relationship with reality is to drop all your assumptions and premises about what's true and begin examining everything from the very beginning with fresh eyes.
