GOLAN ZOCHER Israeli/Colombian DJ/Producer and founder of Underground Bloom Records Label, Golan's career started at the very young age of 17 spinning vinyl's in a city where the electronic music scene was just a shadow of Salsa and tropical rhythms.

Having a weekly spot on the only electronic radio station that existed in between 1999 and 2001, (La Super Estacion) Golan would bring the best from what he would call "the core of Underground Electronic Music," the Global Underground Series at the time.

After a long break of almost 10 years of djíng (2002-2012) because of a severe Tinnitus Golan came back to the scene with a different approach, creating Bloom Records Label, Bloom Podcast and at 2016 released his first material to the world.

From then on Golan has countless releases, constantly supported by big names such as Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Tony Mcguiness, Guy Mantzur and the list goes on and on.

Having met in the streets while Golan was walking by the streets of Jaffo on a Friday night, he encountered a beautiful girl singing with her accordion 'Besame Mucho' for the people passing by on Jaffo's port. Golan decided to stick around for more then 1 hour and wait till Shir finished her street show and approach her to work on this project together, while having already in mind what he was going to do. After talking to the talented Shir and having her agree on the project they sat and worked on it together and this is the result. We hope you dance to it and enjoy it!

Golan Zocher's career started at a very young age. After a short time he already had the pleasure to have a weekly spot on the only electronic radio station that existed between 1999 and 2001. At the age of 20, when he began his studies in Audio Engineering at Sae College (Sydney, Australia), Golan was diagnosed with severe Tinnitus which required him to take a long pause from music. After many years of being away from djing, Golan realized his life didn’t have a meaning without music so he reintroduced himself back to the music scene with a different perspective on how to manage things with his tinnitus. Now after many years of djing all around Israel and releasing his own tracks on several well-known labels, there are many great things that are doing their ways to the Israeli-Colombian dj and producer.

Founder of Bloom Records Label, Golan Zocher's career started at a very young age (17) spinning vinyl in a city where the electronic music scene was just a shadow of Salsa and tropical rhythms.

Having a weekly spot on the only electronic radio station that existed in the late 90’s, (La Super Estacion) Golan would bring the best from what he would call "the core of Underground Electronic Music," the Global Underground Series, direct to his listeners. 

Shortly after, he hosted a more mellow radio show on the same station, between 2002 and 2005, a program called Calma Electrica, Golan also introduced albums from the major underground electronic players like Tosca, Kruder & Dorfmeister, Nick Warren, John Digweed, Sasha and Ulrich Schnauss among many others, Golan would present them, and give each one of them a full show just to introduce them to the local audience.

After many years of being away from DJ’ing earlier in his career because of Tinnitus, Golan realized his life didn’t have a meaning without music so he reintroduced himself to the music scene with a different perspective. He is currently working on his own productions and a live set that includes 5 or more musicians all connected through live Ableton to produce live electronic music (flute, violin, vocal, synths, electric guitar, etc).

 Additionally, one can access a monthly podcast on SoundCloud and Mixcloud featuring DJ’s from all over the world who fit into Bloom's underground electronic music taste.

Golan has a monthly show at the most underground club in Cali called La Central.  He presents his Bloom Crew Live set, featuring singers and musicians and kicking off the night with his mates from the label taking the party to another level.
