The statue magically softens into a more animated entity in front of Noelle and Berdly. The stones and the light from the statue started to disappear.

'Till tales tell, the DAWN and DUSK have been with one accord.
Engulfing chaos with eternal order.

a tragic cataclysm will spring forth.
The ground will seize to exist.
And the sky will be seen in eternal darkness.
Then, her heart pulsing...
The EARTH will crumble into oblivion.
However, glimmering with willpower...
Three HEROES rise at WORLDS' fringe.
THE PROTECTOR,
THE ENFORCER,
And THE AVATAR FROM THE TWILIGHT.
Only they can truly expel the forcefields
And exile the KNIGHT'S EMPIRE.

Today, the FORCEFIELD OF DUSK-
The barrier that enlightens this land to subsist-
Rises strong at the core of the floating palace.
However, another forcefield has structured from afar...
In return, the unity of DAWN and DUSK begins to falter.

Ember, the angel figure that can be found near Rudy's hospital bed, takes the role of Ralsei. The reason why is because the figure was crafted by both Noelle and Dess in their younger days and is supposed to be a subtle manifestation of Dess, and I thought this was a brain move if the Holidays get swapped with the Dreemurrs. Additionally, the Knight swaps with the Angel. The fountain is styled after the barrier, but not inherently the one from Undertale; just a forcefield that purposely shapes the realm of dusk. Thanks again to @ravenjess27 for the dialogue!
