It’s been a little while since we’ve had a Total Science release on CIA but the good news is that they’ve got two new cuts to unleash on your unsuspecting ears, and they’re packing that usual big bad quality punch from these two stalwarts, legends, pillars, that you’d of course expect. 

Channeling a little bit of every period of Total Science history into ‘Road Runner’, what comes out is something almost completely new, a special piece of music. It’s got a fresh feel to it, there isn’t anyone else making tunes that sound like this now, or before. And while ‘Fxk That’ comes out a bit more direct and to the point, it’s got that certain flare to it. And it’s got that oof. You need the oof. Or you’re the one missing the point, ya know. Nookie 'Future Forever' [Metalheadz]

Soul Deep Exclusives and Treex are excited to announce the release of the Dr. Dream EP, which is now available Exclusively on the Soul Deep Bandcamp Page!!  Treex has been a mainstay on the Soul Deep imprint over the years, as he continues to push his signature sound and gain more exposure with each release.  The French native represents his country in impressive fashion with his big breaks, bouncy basslines, and catchy musical elements, that create a musical listening experience that only Treex can provide.  The EP kicks off with the energetic and ethereal vibes of the title track, “Dr. Dream.”  The track rides along a filtering pad, which is backed by lush piano keys, soulful vocals, snappy drums, and a throbbing sub bassline.  Vibes!  “Far Away Place,” is up next and features a vintage-sounding soul sample, backed by a groovy bassline and shuffling drums.  “Small Town Boy,” represents a signature Treex track, loaded up with steady shuffling drums, epic musical stabs, and a bouncy bassline.  “Start All Over Again,” rounds things out in style with its lush soul samples, large pad hits, and a deep bassline that tickles the soul. Equally suited for a listening session at home, while also having enough energy to play out in clubs. Both the vocal and a dub mix are included. Here's my first release of 2024 to you.
