The French maestro that is War is back on CIA, and as per usual, there’s no messing around. He always means business when he’s pumping out beats, and this new single is no different. Since relocating out of Bristol there haven’t been so many releases from the young producer, but when there have, they always ooze quality and depth and detail - strengths that he’s developed and continues to hone to the next level. ‘To Shape The Fire’ and ‘Justice’ scream precision, laser guided weapons for the floor. But they also bring a technicality and depth that few can shoe-horn into tracks that also have enough weight to test even the biggest and best systems. Drop these ones at the dance floors peril.

These three have been cooking up some seriously hot shit of late, with heater after heater smashing up the dance left right and centre. And while each of them are obviously quite close to the label, we have to say we’re pretty damn happy to have them back on CIA again, but this time with a full blown EP, ‘Big Up Inna Dance’!

The Sauce have quickly and surely made a name for themselves amongst almost everyone in the scene, for big weighty weapons (their tunes, thanks) that go off everywhere, but always have that certain je ne sais quoi about them.

Their ‘Big Up Inna Dance’ EP delivers a triplet of whappers that will have the subs shakling, the air con rattling and the ceiling dripping but are still going to keep your ears interested, long after you got back from the club and went to bed and got up again the next day. It’s a skill, and we’re very happy to have the boys with the drip back in the fold once more.

For ‘The Sunset Strip’ Kray collaborates with Unchained Music co-founder Lyndon Jarr (we do love Unchained!) and they’ve conjured up some neon city inspired magic guaranteed to get you moving. Rolling beats, a super catchy vocal line, red hot bass and some killer 80’s styled guitars tie this track together. For maximum effect grab your shades, turn up the volume and pretend you’re riding in a 1980s Lambo.

On ‘Beyond the Horizon’ Kray draws his inspiration from black holes and the vastness of space. Rolling drums, eerie synths and a smattering of dark matter electrify this track. Supernova sounds for traveling to the edge of the universe!
