Relive the wild closing set from our 3rd birthday celebrations, by DJ and production powerhaus Suki.

As the 24 year old Naarm/Melbourne based artist and esteemed Equinox veteran notches up his 10th year of producing everything from Electro, Techno and Trance, to Minimal Tech House, to jilted Hip Hop beats, Suki's stocks only continue to rise in Melbourne's firing underground dance scene. Inspired by the rawness of early Hip Hop, Techno, House, Trance and Jungle sonics in both productions and DJing, 2021 brings on the birth of a number of new creative projects. With forthcoming releases on esteemed labels and exciting collaborations with a number of artists, he is definitely one to keep your eye on this year.

Here lies my closing set from this year's edition of Bass River; a friends & family style gathering taking place a couple of hours out of Melbourne over the first weekend of February. Expect my usual antics with the (now official?) Bass River Anthem to shut it down - big love to all who joined in the dance for this one!

This next mix comes from one of Naarms superstars! Mabel, co-runner @​​furiosityclub has brought out numerous killer EPs and can make dance floors move in a way thought not possible. 

We absolutely loved this mix! A full hour of psychedelic-prog with those seductive rolling baselines and bouncy tech.

We also wanted to say a massive thank you to Fetish House for being so accommodating throughout the entire process of this shoot. Fetish house is the only building in Victoria that was specifically constructed to be a brothel catering to the spicier side of life. It was an awesome experience.
