*VIP of my 2021 single "Black City"

🇮🇹:Sono qui, nel divano di casa mia. Nell' altra stanza c'è un ragazzo che per me è come un fratello, a cui 3 anni fa ho chiesto di registrare i suoni d' ambiente a Porta Palazzo, che poi avrei usato nella prima versione di "Black City", ed infine in questa.

Sono ufficialmente tornato a Torino.
Sembra incredibile che sia tutto finito, infatti non lo è, ma la sensazione impareggiabile di camminare lungo i murazzi di notte, vedere la Mole che brilla o uscire coi miei amici e fratelli mi scalda il cuore. Lo scalda a tal punto di dimenticarmi del freddo che c'era a Schaffhausen. Anche qui però non fa caldissimo ora. 

Le strade di Borgo Vittoria raccontano mille storie del mio passato. Le strade di Barriera raccontano storie orribili. In Barriera non cambierà mai una sega. Niente di tutto ciò mi appartiene ormai.
Ciò che non ti uccide non ti fotte più. La solitudine è sparita, ho imparato ad accettarla, ora è uno dei tanti insegnamenti che formano una personalità diversa da Simone prima che passasse quell' inferno.
Quando tocchi il fondo e ti devi tirare su prevalentemente da solo, vedi il mondo in modo diverso.
Ho finito di essere una "vittima di un sistema corrotto che deve ribellarsi" e ho iniziato ad essere un uomo che per trovare una vita serena e bilanciata deve rimboccarsi le maniche, tirare fuori le palle e non far prevalere istinti autodistruttivi.

Ho solo una paura.
Essere recidivo.

Il mio compito qui è di evitarlo.

🇺🇸:Here I am, in the couch of my house. In the 'other room is a guy who is like a brother to me, whom I asked 3 years ago to record the ambient sounds in Porta Palazzo, which I would later use in the first version of “Black City,” and finally in this one.

I am officially back in Turin.
It seems unbelievable that it's all over, in fact it's not, but the unparalleled feeling of walking along the murazzi at night, seeing the Mole glowing or hanging out with my friends and brothers warms my heart. It warms it so much that I forget about the cold that was in Schaffhausen. Even here, however, it is not so hot now. 

The streets of Borgo Vittoria tell a thousand stories of my past. The streets of Barriera tell horrible stories. In Barriera nothing will ever change. None of it belongs to me now.
What doesn't kill you no longer fucks you. The loneliness is gone, I've learned to accept it, now it's one of the many lessons that form a different personality from Simone before she went through that 'hell.
When you hit rock bottom and have to pull yourself up mostly on your own, you see the world differently.
I'm done being a “victim of a corrupt system who has to rebel” and I've started being a man who to find a peaceful and balanced life has to roll up his sleeves, grow a pair and not let self-destructive instincts prevail.

I have only one fear.
Being a repeat offender.

My job here is to avoid that.
