To accelerate your personal development be thankful for all the people who are triggering you. They are a gift. Because every time you are triggered that means you got something to solve within yourself. Ok, you also could waste your time to fix whatever you think in the outside. But I tell you it takes a long time and much effort and it is not sustainable. But when you go inside yourself, with awareness, take the feeling that comes out there and process it by your own, without taking the invitation to go into discussion, fight, or whatever, you are right where you have to be. Process the emotion and let it go. Best done with deep understanding why we have been triggered. But the more you do this the easier it is to get to know yourself and your patterns and little by little you get rid of all this unpleasant situations where you are triggered. You become quiet, you are in peace and you can send nothing but love for the people who triggered you, which makes it also easier for them to come back to theirselves without wasting their energy in arguments.

Turn of the Year - Time for Gratitude 

We are living in fragile times. Not much to rely on. Crisis everywhere. That’s the starting point and the exterior. The more we loose control over what happens around us, the more important it is to develop a strategy to deal with all that. 
The most sustainable strategy deals with all we can do inside ourselves. And we got a joker: Gratitude. 
I think we can all agree, that we are here on this planet for a while in this costume (our body) right? And everything we feel is created by ourselves, right? Nobody can put emotions into us? Right? That means all our emotions are created only by us - and that means we should be completely independent from the outside. So if we are quiet and surrender to life we don’t have to react all the time. And Gratitude helps us to stay calm. It’s all about the focus. If we see what we have, if we feel the abundance instead of the lack, we change our basic emotions. Your focus, your decision, your emotion!
Yes of course we are not used to. We’ve been trained to feel what’s missing and to desire, but we can change this. Little by little we see, that we don’t need much. We can be thankful for universe, nature, our life, our body and every day that we are able to breath. Just by breathing and concentrating on your breath you calm down immediately. You empty your head and feel the wonder of your own being - able to breath.
The principle of faster, higher, further comes to an end, maybe it’s time for a countermovement.
It does not seem that society and economy are ready for this change, but not every decision has to be made top down. Let’s change - bottom up. The earlier we realise that everything we need is already in ourselves and the more gratitude we feel, the earlier we come into trust and out of fear. At least that’s the theory. And I know it’s not easy. But if we start and keep on being grateful, soon things will change, the less we need to feel satisfied the easier it is.
Just an idea in the beginning and then a decision for those who like.
Anyway my wish for us all is to become as grateful as possible and therefore as independent as possible, this is something serving everyone.
May you fulfill your existence best concerning your own benchmarks.

I got my new name Oso Blanco on the last day of the ancient Japanese calendar. That was a remarkable day for me because I made a decision on that day the 3.2.23.:

I will keep a higher frequency for myself and all of us, and I won’t lower that frequency no matter what happens. Even if we can’t control sometimes what is happening to us we of course are able to decide how we feel about it. I gonna keep this higher frequency by always focusing on what I have already and I will be thankful for all challenges, because I know they are there to practise. Practising not to feel something is missing, feeling lack, or uncomfortable, but seeing what is already there and feel the abundance that is always there even it needs a shift of perspective before…

On the 4.2.23 we had our first Cosmic Music Movement in Laulima and it was set in the field to rise your vibration as well - enjoy it

What is Cosmic Music Movement?

My electronic sounds 4 rookies project was being transformed into Shamanic Tantra Techno. But for the reason that I am no Shaman and I am not an expert in Tantra and I do not play too much Techno the name had to be changed.
When I opened myself up to this change ready to let go of an idea, another soulmate of mine Jasileo channeled my new name: Now we have Oso Blanco (the white bear)presenting Cosmic Music Movement. There was a shift into a higher frequency but I still do, what I always did:

With shamanic tantra techno, or Cosmic Music Movement now, I try to take you on a soundjourney. There is a dramaturgy throughout the whole set, and within as well. It is also about the lyrics, of some songs that are provided. The electronic sounds 4 rookies project was just about combining as many different music styles possible in two hours.

Diversity is wonderful. So many different music styles, so many outrageous
sounds, we have it all, so I want to provide them all. And when I do it, and people gather for the music, and not for a special music style, they can learn from each other how to honor the different sounds. It is an inclusion, every music and everyone is welcome. And my idea is: The more openminded you are the more you are able to enjoy different sounds. You see somebody enjoying music, you personal would not enjoy in the beginning. But you can see and feel the enthusiasm, of somebody else, and like that you maybe have the possibility to change your perspective.

This is like life. We have to make peace with things we can't change. It makes no sense to be annoyed by something for all time. Acceptance is the key to happiness. And therefore we can use this opportunity as a training for our lives. We hear a sound, we don't judge, we accept, and then we start to enjoy....

If you are tired of life, If you can’t motivate yourself to go on, it’s time to ask yourself why.
Maybe because you’ve been living a life that can’t fulfill your existence. It does not cover all your talents, it just follows our common society paths that were created long before you incarnated. Of course it does not nurture yourself when you are doing things out of fear just to be able to fit in, than to find out what you were made for and live that, without taking care of things you can’t relate to. It takes a while to detach yourself from all patterns you created just to fit in, it’s uncomfortable, you will loose loads of habits, and structure, and more but little by little you will recognise that you get more aligned and you will find your personal new way by starting to let go of everything that does not serve you any more. The more you let go of fear, the more trust and love will come back….

Cosmic Music Movement #3

We all create our own reality. And we always remember our life the way we want, or the way we can remember it. There is no objectivity, because we are all subjects and we can’t remove ourselves from the story. The more development takes place within our existence the more possibilities we have to shift our perspectives. The more perspectives we are able to see the more objective we get. So if there is no understanding between people it’s ok. It’s another frequency. Even if they were beloved ones before. Accept, let go, understand that we all have to wander the paths we chose to grow, and often these paths part. It’s easy to love people even if they have to go another way. Because love is eternal and love will last - also love for those souls which sometimes have to part. Love yourself - you will be always there and love other souls - knowing that they are also a part of you, even sometimes it is really not easy😉😍


Laulima is the Hawaiian word meaning many hands are working together. A very beautiful soul told me that in Ibiza. Thank you Deborah🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾

#12 Laulima Cosmic Music Movement - Stash & Oso Blanco

We got dreams, we got wishes, we got thoughts and desires of what we wanna have. I ask myself: why? Why do we have that? Is that something that comes genuinely with us, or is this something we learned? I think it is something we learned because I don’t think that it is very natural. Why can’t we stay in the moment. Focused on whatever we find there? 
Ok people may say all our goals keep us going - well I see the point but who says that we need something that keeps us going. And by the way going to where and for what? I know it’s not easy to get rid of all the programming that took place throughout our lives, but I feel that it would be a nice experience to let go of all that - and you see - I keep on doing the same 😂😂
But there are times where we are not attached to anything. For example when we fall into music. Take this two hours of love and beats to delete your past, your future, your thoughts - and just be and vibrate - I did it and I loved it 😍

This set is produced for the Moods Editions, where I stick to one style for two hours. Not mixing up everything, what I usually do in Cosmic Music Movement. This time for the second time just Progressive house....

I do not call myself a DJ, I am a musiclover.
I try not to involve myself too much in the process of creating music, I try to be a channel and let things happen. 
If you like what you hear, it was not me, if you don’t like what you hear I take full responsibility.

I was always interested in music (but until 2015 only in acoustic stuff) and then I dived into electronic music, aged 42. Collected music at clubs and festivals for 3,5 years and July 2019 I started DJing by myself.

I play everything in the mix, nobody told me how to do it and nobody caged me into rules. I love the vibes I am able to create with all kinds of music and I think that is our purpose here on earth: Increasing our vibration with love and music. 

Since may 2020 I got 2h playtime weekly, at an Austrian radio station called Radio Soundportal. This two hours I filled with electronic sounds 4 rookies, where I tried to cover as many different styles as possible to provide the opportunity I found myself to everybody: Diving into electronic music

Since August 2020 I live this social experiment here in Ibiza. I try to live without money. I spend around 5.000 Euro a year living in my van and providing me and my sound system on donation. 
Since march 2024 I do the same with the Cosmic Music Movement Trailer Room.

In May 2021 I attended a tantra retreat here in Ibiza and since then I called my music: Shamanic Tantra Techno. Tantra is about creating a safe space for everybody to connect with the source and his/her higher self, and I got the feeling I do the same, when I play music.

I believe that acceptance is the key to happiness. In my sessions I play all kinds of music, because I see people caging themselves in their own realities. 
When I dived into electronic sounds, I enjoyed everything. Before I did that, I stated that electronic music, is no music at all. Judging without experience. Then I attended all kinds of events like, House, Techno, Downtempo, Drum &Bass, Psytrance and so on. I did not like the fact that all this is separated, and I felt the calling to play all that together, and people keep telling me until now I can’t do it.

Then I attended my first ecstatic dance session, and thought wow, what I am doing already exists. But I was wrong. Also here it is about exclusion instead of inclusion. People told me they wanna hear, tribal, organic, and of course no techno, because it is not conscious enough for spiritual people. 

I still do the same what I did from the beginning but now I call it Cosmic Music Movement, and I am sure extraterrestrial species won’t judge and appreciate the energy we create together when we dance.

I want to motivate people to open theirselves to whatever is presented. Watching other beautiful souls enjoying what they maybe could not enjoy themselves in the beginning is helping them to hear and feel from another perspective. So Cosmic Music Movement is just a little training for real live - to be able to find satisfaction in everything.

The CMM Trailer Room is a combination of a tiny house, a studio and a stage. It is energy self-sufficient. That means it can be driven anywhere and after a few minutes we have a super nice stage there, with incredible sounds. 
We got surroundsound from 4 Bose F1 Towers. 
You can choose between a Pioneer A9 and a Pioneer V10 Mixer so its your choice if you wanna play on 4, or 6 CDJ 3000. Also there are three fixed cams where you can record or broadcast live.
The Cosmic Music Movement Trailer Room was invented and build to raise  frequencies by coming together and dance. If you want the CMM Trailer Room in your neighbourhood just write us. It’s on donation. The only thing we ask for is the travel costs and the costs for the petrol if we need the generator. (Only a few hours a night, because normally we are fine with the photovoltaic system and its batteries.)
