I was on hold for 28 plus minutes while trying to get in touch with the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Waco to find out why I am not enrolled in the Private Care program like I was told I was a month ago. 

On Hold with the Temple VA for 28+ minutes

I tried to call to get set up with chiropractic care after I moved regions, about 3 hours south from where I was previously. There is a new program for Veterans where they can get outside medical attention from Non-VA doctors, if you qualify. However, they are not enrolling the Veterans, and I here is the #proof.
