Next up on Stil vor Talent is on-the-rise producer Final Request with his debut solo EP for us, 'My World'. Hot on the heels of his debut SvT transmission in collaboration with Fur Coat a few months ago, Final Request strikes again with a pair of sci-fi-indebted floor wreckers, all about turning brains and bodies upside down. Drawing in the visionary dystopian vision of 90's-to-00s flicks, which he says is just nearing completion IRL, this new audio excursion from the up-and-comer ticks all the boxes of an alien-engineered monster.

A blistering piece of EBM weaponry all set for massive warehouse rumble, the lead-track delivers a proper magnetic shockwave of hi-NRG bass, brooding robotics and Prophet 6-fuelled synthesis, all synths blazing and frantic sines flashing. Casting his melodic alphabet in molten metal and boiling up circuit chatter, FR treats us to a nasty maelstrom of extraterrestrial mind-hack and post-Italo fragmentation. Radioactive to the full, 'Iridium' blazes a path of destruction with its finely engineered mix of hi-intensity seesaw and cataclysmic menace, catapulting its listener amidst a torrential outpour of maxed-out arps and fiery drum programming. Nuclear punch activated.

For ODTD053 Final Request delivers a formidable original in a top tier package featuring the all star remix cast of Fur Coat, Olivier Giacomotto and Coeus.

Mesmerising original ‘Driven By The Stars’ sets a pulsing melodic groove from the get go, immediately locking you in. With Ant Art’s emphatic vocal taking over the intensity building over each successive bar. From here Final Request adds ringing keys, heart wrenching chords, driving bass and urgent beats as the track explodes.

Øddity label boss Fur Coat provides the first in a compelling trio of remixes. Focused dark tones and thumping beats set the scene, as Sergio uses Ant’s vocal as the focal point, cleverly adding his now spin through a sumptuous hypnotic melody and pulsating bass-line. This classy remix deserves a powerful sound system for maximum impact.

Coeus turns in a dynamic and expansive interstellar journey full of twists and turns. Disorientating staccato keys create the perfect point for the vocal to enter, leading to stunning breakdown. Not to be outdone Olivier Giacomotto closes the EP in a cavernous melodic techno interpretation that drags you deep into the abyss. Tense jagged shuddering stabs keep you on the edge of your seat as Ants FX ridden vocal is given a futuristic machine like quality. Olivier’s masterful arrangement will have DJs coming back for more.
