Monnom Black will mark its 17th release with its first various artist compilation presented on triple vinyl. Keeping with the label’s modus operandi, the compilation is packed with iconic, raw and uncompromising techno, featuring 13 artists new and old to the imprint, including a re-release of a classic Drax aka Thomas P. Heckmann track from 1993.

To coincide with the launch of the compilation, Monnom Black will hold its first highly-anticipated label party. Locking arms with the notorious underground Dutch promoters Reaktor, known for their challenging events and pushing the boundaries of what techno has to offer. Together they will celebrate with an electronic onslaught on New Year’s Eve in Amsterdam’s Elementstraat Warehouse. A location cut to the bone that perfectly encapsulates the label and promoters combined vision and ethos.

Dax J curates the night fusing the label together for a special moment in time, with the titan warehouse opening up two of its rooms hosting a monster line up with the likes of CJ Bolland, Regis as CUB, Thomas P. Heckmann, I Hate Models, UVB, Stranger, Zanias, Cressida, Inhalt Der Nacht, Raffaele Attanasio, Tommy Holohan and Remco Beekwilder.

Australian duo Arm In Arm return to Blaufield Music in late March to reveal their latest single ‘Hunger For Your Vibe’, accompanied by a remix from Stil Vor Talent favourites Moonwalk.

Melbourne based duo Arm In Arm aka Eliza Jacobs and Luke Moore-Martin emerged onto the worldwide scene last year after being discovered by Booka Shade, revealing their debut single ‘Nightfly’ on Blaufield Music in September accompanied by a remix from the label bosses themselves. Having received a wealth of support from a host of international names, reaching #3 in Beatport’s Melodic House & Techno release chart in the process, the duo now return with their latest single ‘Hunger For Your Vibe’ ahead of their two forthcoming support dates as part of Booka Shade’s 2019 AUS & NZ Tour, describing the track’s core influence as ‘the feeling about something or someone that draws you in’.

Arm In Arm’s original opens the EP as infectious vocal hooks go to work amongst escalating lead melodies and low end tones, whilst Neapolitan pairing Moonwalk’s interpretation fuses dramatic builds, warping basslines and ethereal tones throughout, with the package punctuated by a radio edit of the original cut.

A groove that sends the soul flying through the aural version of an alpine valley - and a voice that streams through this soundscape like the liquid gold of a sun climbing over the dramatic mountain peaks: That’s "My Way", a track in which the musical talents of Mollono.Bass and I Am Halo add up to something that is simply unique. Now this outstanding piece of contemporary dance music is being re-interpreted by three remarkably talented producers: The first remix presents itself as a powerful melodic stream full of elegant undulations that are unmistakably the work of @einmusik. The second version comes from @matan-caspi who positions I Am Halo on top of his rolling rhythms and wraps his voice into luminous ribbons of harmony.
