This version of '가시리/Gasiri/Are You Going?' is from the original soundtrack (OST) of the South Korean film, Spirits' Homecoming (귀향), which revisits the painful and terrible memories of "comfort women" during the 1940s and brings them to light. '가시리' is a song from the Goryeo Dynasty and expresses the themes of farewell, valediction, and the sorrow of parting. I believe that the pipa/琵琶/비파 complements the sounds of the haegeum/해금 on this track, and so this is the result.
