Autumn Disco Mix 2023

Anybody who has followed me over these past few years will know that Michael Gray’s original production’s and remixes feature heavily in my sets. Everything he touches turns to gold and I look forward to every one of his releases. I have followed Michael’s career for almost 30 years now and decided it’s definitely time I paid tribute to his masterful work. I wanted to create a compilation combining old with new, mixing some of my favourite tracks from his early days as his aliases Robot man and Full Intention with music partner Jon Pearn such as Ready For This, Tears, So In Love With You, I Love America and Sweetest Day Of May with some of his latest releases like his excellent remixes of Reel People - Can’t Stop, The Sgt. Slick version of the Adeva classic - I Thank You and Donna Allen’s - Serious as well his his latest releases on his own Sultra Record Label like Invincible and the fantastic Promo version of his latest release - Never Let You Down. I wanted this tribute to feature tracks that I haven’t previously used in any of my sets already available on Soundcloud, the few tracks that have already featured, on this one I have played the equally as good Dub versions. The set has 32 amazing tracks, 5 of which are as of yet Unreleased DJ Only remixes. I really hope everyone enjoys listening to this mix as much as I have compiling and recording it. I would also like to say a huge thank you to the main man himself Michael Gray for all of his fantastic hard work over these past decades for giving us all this wonderful music, I Can’t wait to see what you produce in the future !!

Michael Gray Tribute Mix

Happy Holidays to all my followers, Listeners and supporters. I’d like to welcome you all to listen to my latest mix and It gives me great pleasure and I am excited to introduce my special guest mix for the show from DJ Ian Perry !! 

Ian has been DJing for over 20 years across many venues in London, with a huge passion for Disco, House and everything in between. He is well-known for being part of DJ duo DeepNDisco, with his long time friend, Nick Standen, beginning with a residency in 2016 at established Croydon night, Funkme. For the last 4 years they have been regulars at Up On the Roof at Brixton’s iconic Prince of Wales, playing alongside many of the scene’s biggest names including Dave Lee, Norman Jay MBE, Dimitri from Paris, Shapeshifters, Crazy P, Cj Macintosh and many more, while also co-hosting over 100 episodes of their fortnightly radio show on d3ep Radio network.

Heading their separate ways, Ian has been doing solo gigs, such as supporting Michael Gray at his new Sultra event, and has launched a very popular series of mixes on his Soundcloud page. We’re delighted to have Ian on the show, and we're sure you’re going to love his guest mix… it’s full of energy and a real mix across the house genres.

For my last mix of the year I have invited a very special guest, Fiore Lupino Pezzuti aka Lup Ino. Fiore was born in 1974 and is a top Italian DJ-producer.
His experience as a DJ began in the early 1990s and at the end of the decade he started his own business as a producer with a particular penchant for nu disco and funky house sounds. Goozer & Philoop 2.0 - Funk’ In February 2024

David Russell Lee is a British DJ, producer and Remixer Icon.

One of the first albums I ever bought on Vinyl in the 90’s was the “Can’t Get High Without You Compilation” And back then I actually thought the artist was really named Joey Negro. Not knowing then that Dave created the name using a mix of Pal Joey “Reach Up To Mars and J. Walter Negro “Shoot The Pump”. He thought at that time, the name Dave Lee was too boring against the likes of junior Vazquez, David Morales and Frankie Knuckles in the House Music Scene. 

Following the George Floyd movement in 2020 Dave Lee dropped the Joey Negro Moniker for good. 

Having such a huge Discography of music to choose from it was difficult for me to discard some amazing tracks. In the end I’ve chosen 40 tracks which mean the most and have the best memories for me, so sorry to my followers and listeners if your favourite tunes didn’t make the Final Cut.

Of course I have to say a huge thank you to Dave Lee for all his hard work, producing such incredible music for all these years. I can’t wait to hear you play live again and will look forward to all your future releases.

Summer Party 2024

Me and my brother were invited to play at a friends 30th Birthday party from 7:30 p.m till 11 p.m. I’m so pleased I remembered to record the event because I forgot on the last one we done together. We started of the first hour with some remixes of classics from the 70’s and 80’s then we moved on to some of our favourite House, Soulful House & Soul, Funk & Disco tunes for the next Two hours before finishing the last half hour with some more upbeat funky house tunes which pleased the dance floor !!

30th Birthday Party Celebration (Mixed Live By Goozer & Fos)

It's Bonfire Night here in the U.K so I thought I'd start the celebrations of early with a BANG !! HERE WE GO !! today’s the day, I’m heading down to Leeds for my 4th Downtown Disco event. Looking forward to hearing sets from Lisa Jane, Ian Ossia and of course Michael Gray’s extended 3 hour set !
