However, when music is the factor at play and especially the repository of traditions, feelings, sounds and methods it can be, things inevitably get richer. Gustavo Aquino knows quite well about this plasticity and handles it fiercely concerning its purposes and gently regarding its content. Simply because he knows all too well that rhythms are the stuff of life itself, contundent and potent as the pulse that feeds it, and melodies are our connection to higher and deeper states of ourselves. In this mix he concentrates this multifarious power, encapsulating it within 62 minutes of harmonic intensity imbued with a strong sense of dancefloor.
