In our never ending quest to meet as many peers as we possibly can across an ever-expanding planetary soundscape, we have managed to get acquainted to the work of a multitude of fantastic people whose devotion to not only seeking but sharing the wealth of sonic treasures the globe holds resonates deeply with our mission. The same that fuels this series and has helped us cover a vast geographical area as well as discover many musical eras in our encounters. This one, for instance, brings us closer to the talents of a young French ensemble whose collective efforts have unearthed precious gems to cut them into gorgeous edits and place them in stunning jewels such as the selection we present here. Pompelope's passionate multifront work involves most things that connects us to all kinds of music in order to generate those special pleasures we hold dearest, from lively events to selling and distributing fantastic records, but also putting together delightful compilations such as the much lauded "Foule Contact" and this voyage of a mix. Lauer is back on Trush, his last appearance was back in 2013, so it's great to have another mix from the DJ and production machine and all around nice guy form Killianstädten. Mr Lauer gives us an 59:58 minute mix of balearic, house and electro sounds. Almost everything with Lauers distinct taste of the sound from the 80's with a modern twist! The drum programming, the synths and arpeggio, melodies and the sound. Italo influenced electro becoming house! Uplifting as always! A mix to enjoy from beginning till the end!

Eric Duncan started DJ-ing in Manhattan’s Downtown bar and club circuit in the mid 90’s.

In 1996 he stepped out of the DJ booth to curate the music for the Girl Skateboards movie titled ‘Mouse’. A couple of years later, Eric along with Thomas Bullock formed the AfterHours party outfit ‘Rub-N-Tug’. 

After a few years of HARDCORE party providing to NYC’s left field underground. Eric began hitting the road with Rub-N-Tug, the rest is a blur.. ;)

In 2006 Eric & Liv Spencer started ‘Still Going’ releasing 2 singles on DFA Records including ‘Still Going Theme’ & ’Spaghetti Circus’ the later featuring Ultra talented Reggie Watts on vocals. Eric also has production collaborations with Dean Meredith of Chicken Lips fame and New York’s Justin Vandervolgen leader of ‘My Rules’
