Gordo Trax presents its first split, pairing STNDRD — a Portuguese producer based in Barcelona—with Wale’s Motion Symmetry for a four-track statement where pressure, momentum and atmosphere align. STNDRD sets the course with “Underdog”, a close-quarters groove that hisses and bites in all the right places, before opening the scope on “Temporal Voyager”, all taut drums and elastic low-end. 

The baton passes to Motion Symmetry as “Andromeda” widens the frame with cool, star-facing motifs orbiting a granite rhythm section, and “Serol” closes with steppy drum science and quietly luminous pads—letting the room exhale without losing drive. Two voices, one arc: a split that balances muscle and finesse while extending the Gordo Trax continuum.

Lidvall lands on Gordo Trax with an EP that distils what’s made him one of the most prolific, in-demand producers of recent years: a singular voice, unmistakable sound design and unapologetic bite. This is character, front and centre.

The journey kicks off with “Defeated”, all magnetic tension and forward thrust, before burrowing into the pressure cooker of “Vault”, where impact and atmosphere lock like precision parts. “Nameless Endless” tightens the spiral with a faceless, hypnotic momentum, and “No Plan B” snaps the floor to attention—decisive, focused, sweat on the ceiling. The mantra arrives with “What Are You Waiting For”: a hook that bites and returns, a functional earworm built for late hours and hard turns. Finally, Finalversion3 reshapes the title cut into a remix of expansive pressure—air opened up, edges sharpened—primed for the decisive moment in the set.

Yoikol arrives with a record of renewed classicism: elegant, cyclical patterns; hypnotic flow; round, satisfying contours that carry weight without shouting. From the poised tension of “Lluvia Persistente” to the lift and ache of “Felicidad Fugaz”, the ritual depth of “Voces Trascendentales desde el Abismo” and the sinuous push of “El Camino Serpentea”, the originals share a single vocabulary: breathing grooves, warm low-end, and motifs that lodge quietly then refuse to leave.

At Gordo Trax we face forward. Delirios de San Xoan is that stance made sound: a futuristic, abrasive dispatch of broken rhythms, shifting tempos and a fearless sweep across techno, breaks and drum & bass. Music for when the floor wants friction, vertigo and bite.

We step through “A las puertas del pueblo”, an opening threshold of tension and off-kilter pulses, before “Delirios en San Xoan” snaps into razor percussion and a bassline that cuts on the diagonal. “Montaña de cantos rodados” barrels downhill—granular textures and micro-accents colliding and rebounding in stereo. With “Piscina de lágrimas”, the tempo tilts and the air turns liquid: elastic sub, splashing hats, a motif suspended between halftime sway and d&b momentum. “Tristeza por no verla más” carries the emotional core—restrained melody, backlit pressure, and a broken groove that sticks to the body.

Closing out, Rommek reimagines “Tristeza por no verla más” as a club weapon from another vector: controlled density, surgical design, and an off-the-grid rhythmic architecture that tightens every bar to breaking point.

Every Always. This body’s title track thus signals the start of Finalversion3’s journey, a dive into an inner world plagued with themes of family, spirituality, and hope. With all the originals finished a week before the birth of the artist’s son, every title unveils a portion of a journey of struggle, overcoming fears, and a strong sense of interdependence.

“Todos Los Siempres”, stemming from this long standing family ethos,  is an emphatic tour de force, punk from the bone, an exploration of the hardcore-continuum in the flesh, and an exo-skeleton of battering snares melding the artists influences into a defining opener.

“De tu costado” and “Vulnerables” continue by building the myth of this release, swathes of metallic textures, constantly decaying dancefloor constructions with an uncanny sense of bitter-sweet around the topics of birth, vulnerability, and growth.

“Incompatible con la vida” narrates overcoming anxieties, delivering a deeply cathartic explosion of thundering club sonics.

The final original track, “Nacida en Jueves Santo” is an infinite tug of war between hyperspeeds and a smoldering dembow pulse, with the embers of both compacted together until forming a rough diamond. In Spanish folklore, a person born on Holy Thursday is capable of lifting curses from others, and as such, capable of keeping one’s family in good health.

Peder Mannerfelt sets off with the first of our remixes, club heart attack through and through, fear is imminent, and a robotic PSA reminds us of it constantly.

Stalwart Oscar Mulero reimagines our title track in explosive fashion, delivering classic D’n’B permeations into a carefully weaved fabric, broken Reese basses and infinite Amen recombinations ensuring nosebleed.

Answer Code Request’s dubby breakbeat take on the opener is perhaps, able to highlight a sense of euphoria that is more underplayed throughout the release.

After the climate and political catastrophe that Valencia has endured, with a severe storm affecting over 800,000 people, the community has come together to lift the future of Valencia out of the mud. From day one, Gordo Trax has sought to help by bringing together producers of all kinds in a series of charity V.A. releases aimed at supporting local neighbourhood associations, animal welfare organisations, associations for people with special needs, and providing essential goods. "Germanor" is the Valencian word for "brotherhood," and in this second release, we unite international artists like Blawan & Wallis, Oscar Mulero, Lewis Fautzi, Nørbak, Peder Mannerfelt, Cora Novoa, and many others who have selflessly pitched in during such a difficult time for the city.

Delirio Perpetuo is more than a record, it’s a closing chapter to a story built on chance, friendship, and shared sonic vision.

Atisbo and Schrzø met in Valencia after both migrating from northern Spain to study music production. What began as a student–teacher relationship quickly evolved into creative symbiosis, leading to hours in the studio, where they’d eventually meet Finalversion3 during the formative days of Gordo Trax. This EP is a tribute to that early energy — the late nights, the experiments, the sounds that would go on to shape the label’s DNA.

The four original tracks are dense, tense, and unfiltered — filled with abrasive textures, fractured rhythms, and thick, evolving atmospheres. It’s music that breathes heavy, designed to destabilize and captivate. There’s no polish here, only presence.

Remixes from Oxygeno and Schiahrí take the EP into adjacent terrain — stretching, reshaping, and magnifying its emotional weight.

In a final twist of fate, Atisbo is leaving Valencia the same week this EP comes out — a poetic end to a shared cycle that helped define not just a sound, but a community. Delirio Perpetuo is both a culmination and a release.

Volverá a Brillar is the debut statement from Stroc, a bright new talent on Spain’s techno scene, forged in the late-night heat of Club Gordo and now holding court at Spook alongside Finalversion3. Across four tracks, he guides us through diverse sonic realms, united by a singular appetite for pushing the dancefloor into fresh, unexpected territory.

Distant Volume opens proceedings with a mesmerising build-up: layers of undulating basslines and meticulous percussion coils stretch the heartbeat until a crystalline surge of harmonics erupts. It’s an invitation to explore Stroc’s world, where every frequency sketches new horizons.
With Dune, the EP traverses into vast, arid expanses: sober, insistently grooving rhythms underpin sand-blasted textures and looping synth motifs that ebb and flow like wind-sculpted dunes. This is minimalist power at its most gripping, rooted in techno’s heritage yet firmly focused on tomorrow.

The title track, Volverá a Brillar, reveals Stroc’s most emotive core: ascending melodies glint like shafts of light breaking through storm clouds, while warm, rounded percussion pulses with hope. It’s a testament to resilience and renewal—an affirmation that, even in darkness, brilliance always returns.

Finally, Oasis delivers reprieve in this sonic desert: liquid atmospheres and enveloping pads cradle a gentle groove, inviting the listener to exhale and savour the journey so far. It’s the calm before you’re drawn back into the fray—an essential moment of reflection.

Vestigios del Orden marks Arcfilter’s debut on the label. An architect by training, he composes as one would draw up a building: starting from structure, refining materiality, and allowing the void — silence — to carry weight. Concept: a study in the rawness of concrete and the light of structures. Each track reads like a different drawing of the same complex, a system where the rhythmic grid bears loads, releases tension, and opens apertures.

Anacrónico: A controlled collision of eras: patterns slip like offset slabs, formwork-hard percussion, and lines folding back on themselves until a temporal “double exposure” appears. The pulse advances with rigour, yet the textures breathe through their joints, exposing fine emotional fractures — hairline cracks in board-formed concrete.

Silueta del Silencio: An exercise in negative space and outline. Arcfilter carves elements as if extracting volume from the void: sub-bass withdraws and returns, hi-hats as fine as section lines, reverberations hinting at a room larger than the club itself. Here the light of structures becomes audible: absence turns material; form is defined by what is withheld.

Intervalo: The hinge of the EP. A study of time between loads: micro-cuts and breaths that compress and dilate the groove like footbridges spanning two bays. When the rhythm locks again, it does so with impeccable tectonic logic, welding layers without losing lightness — raw frame, clarified light.

Vestigios del Orden: The thesis. Rhythm behaves as a structural grid while synths trace arches and buttresses that tension the mix. There’s a sense of masterplan — supports, spans and releases — resolving in a climax that lays bare the skeleton of the whole, where the rawness of concrete meets an engineered brilliance.

Sombra y Memoria: A piece about patina and materials. Impacts echo like footsteps in a corridor; contact noise recalls aged walls; the grain leaves marks, as if sound were impressed into wet concrete. Melody doesn’t present itself; it appears by reflection, at the edges — memory as weathering.

Sombra y Memoria (Yuliën Remix): Yuliën redraws the floor plan: opening light wells in the mix, shifting rhythmic columns and airing the melodic module to drive the club vector. Same footprint, different distribution — memory persists, but the shadow changes orientation.

Arcfilter arrives thinking of the club as a traversed architecture: bodies, forces and materials in dynamic equilibrium. Vestigios del Orden is a manifesto of method and emotion — the rawness of concrete, the light of structures — a system in which every element finds its place and, in doing so, transforms it.
