The influences of destiny play a vital part in the reality creation, defining it through plots unknown to us. Astral influences, memories, and emotions: in music, as in life, we are guided by a flow that guides us towards the future. La Zic's fifth release wants to tell just that. Label head Cristina Lazic returns to her throne with the titled 'L'Amour' EP featuring two originals and two equally stellar remixes by Los Suruba and Nu Zau. Yet again, her productions rely on sweeping pads, silky pads, full-bodied grooves and enchanted, fairy-tale dimensions. On the remix duties, Romanian wizard and Sunwaves' favourite Nu Zau brings to the lead track all the minimal flavours with tight drums and rolling basslines, whilst Spanish duo Los Suruba opts for a mental, menacing, techno version for the late-night hours of the night.
