Gorgeous War is the feel-good, alt/pop escapade of Phoenix based singer and songwriter Joel Kanitz. His music fuses the genre divide between the infectious melodies of pop and the mindful artistry of the alternative world. Kanitz's refreshing vocals flow effortlessly atop rhythmic elements to create the energizing and alluring sound that is Gorgeous War. The moniker is meant as a hope-entwined illustration of what life can be, and it sets the tone for the artist's overall mission.
