Funk Tribu is a 20 year old DJ from Bogota, Colombia.
Highly Influenced by 90's & 2000's electronic music sound, Funk Tribu has been contributing to Colombian Trance scene with several tracks, remixes and edits. After his debut EP "Afterlife Complex" on Underzone label, he brings us a whole new experience and journey.

'Midnight Club GT' reflects the love and respect for the sound that influenced him as an artist. Catchy melodies, fast drums, off beat basslines, heartbreaking breaks and lo-fi sound design techniques is what we will find on this EP.

t takes the title ‘wave90’ and provides us with the perfect fusion of nostalgic flavour and new school precision as we are greeted by sweeping pad textures and sweet chopped vocal textures. All of these elements combine on top of a rave-inspiring bassline run, notched together by some of the smoothest 4x4 drum processing we’ve heard in a hot minute.

We can’t wait for this one to be unleashed into the world, especially with festival season edging ever closer.

Since launching the label in 2015, Bushbaby is without a doubt one of the finest producers to have graced the Southpoint stage, and this latest single 'Woman's Touch' is a testament to this.

We are introduced to a high energy drum burst to kick us off, chased up with some slick vocal slicing in classic UKG style, cascading towards a sub heavy switch up, lifted by more smooth vocal processing and subtle chord progressions. This is the perfect blend of old school and new school garage flavours and is just right for turning the dance in an entirely different direction.
