OMGG steps fully into their Japan era with “How You Shine Now (Tokyo Glow Mix),” a powerful homage to the energy and spirit of BLACKPINK. The group has always admired their bold sound, precision, and attitude, and this track is OMGG’s own original interpretation of that world — a respectful tribute, not a copy. Created as a transformative work inspired by the style and cultural impact of BLACKPINK, and made in full artistic appreciation.

Recorded on the same night they landed in Tokyo, the band headed straight to NEON SPIRIT STUDIOS — a high-rise recording space glowing above Shibuya. Frosty windows, rare analog gear, and neon slicing through the skyline set the tone for the session.

• Chief Engineer: Haruto “Haru” Kambara — low-end architect  
• Assistant Engineer: Aika Nanase — high-frequency wizard  
• Producer: Ren Sakamori — hybrid pop visionary  
• Vocal Director: Yume Ito — coach to top J-pop idols  
• Mix/Master: Kaito “Night Compressor” Muramura — known for polished neon sound

“How You Shine Now” blends deep sub-bass, shimmering J-pop textures, K-pop sharpness, taiko and shamisen colors, and OMGG’s signature bright harmonies. A neon-winter anthem born from respect, influence, and evolution.

This release is an original OMGG composition created in the spirit of stylistic tribute.
