I first wanted to call it "Simply Won't (be) Looking For Love 
As chords are inspired by "Looking For Love" and I used some few parts from it as well that I twisted to match with "Simply Won't do" Not a mashup but it was fun to link few elements. Then, added new drum, bass, and other stuff played, chopped and re sampled for the drop.

This Childish Gambino's genius song was in loop in my Ipod for months, and every time I was  listening to it, I was thinking about Alexandra should sing it.
She is also very influenced by her Irish origin with artists like Sinead O’Connor, Kate bush...
As producer I tried to catch those both influences, mix them to musically express what she is really.
When you listen some Irish/Celtic music in details with their atmospheric pad, celtic scale, bodhràn percussions, you can find some very close similitude with soul music. Both touch your soul, in a deep way with a real authentic way  to perform a song, with no artifice » Gotta.

firstly , This Track & This album is the Record I have  the most listened :-) I was so Crazy when I heard the first time this Sound . Jamiroquai influenced me so much in my music ..So It's a beautiful opportunity & a big symbolic for me to work on this song
Also Jay talks about things & Problem that still the same now, 20 years later. Lyrics are strong
So About The Remix I wanted to Mix New Sounds with Impact on original vocals parts to underline strong Words ... Music sound ( the form) is different but The substance is still the same . It's still "Emergency" ! Even more !
